Hi Dane, Thank you for sharing this review. We can see your order was placed on Saturday, and promptly packed and despatched to you the following Monday, on the first pick-up of the working week. You can track it on the Auspost tracking website using the tracking number provided in your emails, if you need us to re-send the tracking details let us know. Probably the worst experience at this shop yet. Ive been using aqua gardening for the last 10 months being new to QLD. I placed an order on wednesday for a bag of turbo dirt (which was in stock at the time of ordering) on wednesday 26th of jan. I left a note saying i will collect and pay saturday morning. When i went to the shop on the saturday morning i was waiting for about 30 mins to collect my order after giving the order number. The sales guy came out and told me the turbo dirt wasnt in stock. This was extremely irritating as i was offered a replacement that was less volume however a little dearer than the turbo dirt. The thing thay bugs me most about this was the order was placed wednesday afternoon. My order wasnt picked until saturday when after i got to the shop so my bag if living soil i wanted was sold because it wasnt put aside like it was supised to be. The proir fortnight i made a purchase and the sales guy forgot to charge me. He rang me 3 days later to chase up payment. Aside from these 2 experiences the shop has been reletively good but now i dont have the trust in the store that i used to. I travel from the eastern suburbs to shop with aquagardening for the brands they stock however after traveling from one side of the city to find out my order wasnt even looked at for 3 days is a bit disheartening. I dont think its good practice to mix different soil recipes together hence why i wanted to stick with the one brand. Now i feel like i have to find another shop that wont waste my time.

We had a stock discrepancy and unfortunately, our system believed we had enough TurboDirt for your order, but it was not physically in stock in our Warehouse to fulfill your order. We are doing our best to keep our stock levels accurate but unfortunately, sometimes it's not the case, so we do apologize for the mistake here on our behalf. We are in the midst of training our new counter staff, so apologies again for the mix-up in regards to payment for your previous order. Hey Matthew, I'm really sorry for the delay and apologies for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, we cannot be on top of every parcel once we hand it over to the couriers and are often only notified about issues if it comes from the customer and not the actual shipping service. We have started an inquiry with the shipping company and will touch base via email with updates.

I will never go near the place again. The staff was very unfriendly, Bordering on Arrogant. Although I spent approx. $250.00 with them within the week, I was made feel that I was not wanted in the shop. I walked out of the shop without Purchasing the remainder of the products that I intended to buy from them.

Not happy with the products at all . The aucusic vent expells thousnads of little aluminium flecks from the pipe, the inner lining is perferated with thousands of holes , the material is notclean when manufacturing. The fan silencer is bodgie, it hardly reduces real fan noise . We are very unhappy with the stuff we bought . All my plants are contaminated with silver aluminium flecks . I am not happy at all being ripped off and charged big money for the rubbish products

Both the acoustic ducting and fan silencers are staples in our range and are typically high quality and effective parts, certainly not experienced any presence of aluminium flecks after use. Yeah, & when I post a complaint "your site" states I didnt do the whole "verify" thing...........typical of aquagardening. PS......... "Rod K", try a circular fan = $10 from Bunnings etc. "Beverly D"??????????? You gave 4STARS for a product you havent used yet??????????? "Louise P"???????? What product??? Did you forget what you bought? How is the product you bought any good if you cant remember it???? Must be a different company

Hi Klaus, sticky fly traps are very effective so it's surprising to hear this. Usually having no insects on the sticky trap is a huge win: you don't have bugs! However if you did have a problem with bugs get in touch on email or phone and we'll troubleshoot. Happy gardening, Chris Delete

I'll never buy from them again. Walked into shop and had to "go online" to obtain fish food. What should have taken me 1 minute took 15 minutes. I've been buying off this mob since they were a little store in Enoggra but they have lost my business. Ridiculous.

Hello, We understand that this new concept is not for everyone but we wanted to place the focus on customer success, expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand so our community don't have to wait as often, while keeping pricing competitive and stable. Now we can spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have the new coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! For the people that know what they’re after, the ordering can be done from the comfort of home so it's just a case of popping down at a time that suits, walking to the counter with your click & collect number for the fish food to be handed over to you in a jiffy. This is for our local customers who prefer to pick up orders instore and may not want to rely on freight providers for things they need urgently and gives customers the option to reserved stock online and come pay cash instore. It’s understanding that not everyone feels comfortable shopping online and providing details so we still have the facilities to take your order instore so you can chat to our team if you have any questions or want to troubleshoot something before completing your order. If you are not comfortable providing your details you can always use an alias as your account name. As long as you remember the name you used and password, orders can be placed under this method. We hope you can give the new Aqua Gardening concept another go, please chat to our team next time you’re in and we can show you how to make the new concept work for you, while being mindful of your concerns and making you comfortable with the experience. Hello Geoff, We are just touching base in regards to a recent review we received where you were dissatisfied with the CO2 Enricha. Firstly, we were sorry to hear that it didn't meet your expectations. We don't want to stock products that don't reach standards or cause too many issues for customers, so do you mind helping us out with a few more details? What was the issue with using it in a tent? Some of our customers do have success with this in their grow tents, but it does relate to size as well as airflow in the space - as CO2 is heavier, if you put the CO2 Enricha on the floor for the reaction, the gas can stay around the floor unless there is air flow to bring it to the top. Another tip would be to ensure the right type of container is being used for the reaction with shallow vessel with a wide neck being ideal to allow for the diffusion of CO2 around the tent. I Do Not Appreciate Being HARASSED by the management of your sales techniques, just to tell you my Experience so you can evaluate your staff and business techniques. A customer is coerced,(Coercion is the practice of forcing another party to act in an involuntary manner, It involves a set of various types of forceful actions that violate the free will of an individual to introduce a desired response). (Product is good, Business practices and techniques are garbage!!!) A customer should not be harassed for there personal information for the purpose of Harassment and cyber stalking, for the businesses own gratification purposes. The business asks for your personal details only for this purpose and/or you cant do business with them as a customer. The customer gives there personal details out of involuntary force and under the proviso of confidentiality. DO NOT HARASS OR CYBER STALK ME AGAIN. ARE WE ON THE SAME PAGE !!!!!
