I’m not impressed with this product I was expecting a comprehensive text about the subject, the reality was less than a A4 page with 4 paragraphs I learnt nothing

Hey Nicola, I have looked into your package and can see it was delivered to your letterbox on the 12th December. See tracking details below. https://www.aramex.com.au/tools/track?l=RC0003842237 We provide customers tracking details so they can follow up their parcels delivery and touch base with the courier or us to follow up any issues. Unfortunately since this has been over a month since delivery and a very busy period it will be difficult to properly investigate with the courier. Please let us know if you are not able to find the item around your letterbox and we can escalate this to see if there is any further information available. Hey Troy, Unfortunately we cannot be on top of every parcel once we hand it over to the couriers and are often only notified about issues if it comes from the customer and not the actual shipping service. I have done some investigating and can see there was an error when you entered your address and its had to be redirected with the freight provider but there does not seem to be a scan with the freight provider since that update. Hey McCormack, We are not sure what you are referring to, as we have not had any email correspondence with you beside transactional invoice/order confirmations/shipping updates for your order from 25th November. I can't see find any evidence of you being a newsletter subscriber or receiving any marketing/educational content from us, please forward anything through to support@aquagardening.com.au so we can further investigate. Please let us know if you have any further information as apart from your order on the 25th we can't find any evidence of you telling us that we are emailing the wrong person, unless you spoke to one of our team on the phone and discussed there. Hi David, We don't monitor all competitors pricings, but we welcome customer's to notify us of cheaper prices so that we can price match for them and then review our pricing too. Sometimes other retailers order high qtys than us and also can afford a cheaper pricing structure. Please call our team to discuss why the product didn't work - many of us have used or use this product personally with success, especially in our own gardens. Happy growing, Chris

What I ordered had a hole in it. It was taped up with sticky tape and whilst I was opening it up from the postage wrapper, everything went everywhere.

Hey Dimmi, Thanks for letting us know your feedback, apologies for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately these bags come from the supplier in very thin plastic, so can be easily pierced during transit or within the warehouse. We do take our upmost care to avoid this but if we do spot small holes will tape them to avoid any product falling out for our customers without voiding the whole product. We are very sorry the tape got caught in this instance on opening and spilled the contents of your item. We will follow this up with a separate email to you to offer credit for the lost goods. Please touch base with us via the ticket and we can resolve this for you there. We will also we make sure to pass this to the warehouse team to mitigate any future issues. Waited and waited and waited for my goods to arrive. Organised to pick them up because I was coming to Brisbane for a holiday. Ordered them like 2 months before I was due to be there. They kept getting pushed back and pushed back. When they finally arrived I had already gone home and aqua gardening couldn't even do the courtesy of posting them or couriering them due to their slackness. Very disappointed with the whole service.

Hello, Thank you for providing this feedback, we appreciate all our community members who take time to give us feedback - good or bad, it gives us a chance to improve our services and without it we cannot grow! We are sorry for any inconvenience and frustration caused by these extended delays and that you were not offered a courier option as a solution. I can see that your products are bulky, are over 100cm in width and/or length and your delivery address is a PO box, unfortunately AusPost do not accept delivery on items over a certain size specification so this may have been why the team did not offer a postage solution as the calculator will not offer any shipping options with the current details as it is a more regional location and having a PO BOX as the address rules out all other courier options, but they should have asked for an alternative address to see if a shipping quote could have been arranged for you, I apologies if this was not made more readily available as an option. There have been a lot of stock delays lately due to worldwide manufacturing disruptions due from COVID, so it has been challenging for us to work with suppliers who don't have concrete dates for us to supply our customers. We appreciate the patience through these frustrating times and hope that your project been able to progress now you have the items. Dislike your new shop will not be back i was a frequent customer a staff member i had not seen before was loud and rude i like to view my products for quality now this is not possible

Due to the virus we've made changes to the store which are well accepted by most customers, but we understand many are still not happy as they want to touch the products before purchase. So we can remain open and serve our local and australia wide customers we have set up the shop to be safe for visitors and employees, so we can remain open for whatever the future holds. Hi Jayde, I'm really sorry about your bad experience. When you purchased the last product you are waiting for, there should have been a warning on the website that it was out of stock? We will have the final product back in stock this week and express ship it to you. Delays from China for products have been crippling this year.
