Unfortunately I feel like you guys did drop the ball on my last order. I should have been informed that items in my order were out of stock, instead of me having to find out through the parcel tracking a week later because no other information was sent to me. I think it’s been 10 business days and my order still hasn’t shipped.

Everything about my purchase experience was top notch, apart from the courier (aramex). They really let you guys down. I live locally within Brisbane and I don't feel my delivery should have taken 2 weeks to reach me, also Aramex tracking system is completely broken. :/

Happy with the delivery and communication. Only disappointment that 3 of the plants never took. Was putting them into hydrophonics and the other 7 look fantastic. Disappointment the plants just died.

Great at providing what I ordered. I would love some less expensive options for beneficial microbes such as ‘vital humid bio hydro’ or ‘hydroguard’. ‘Tribus is great but very expensive.

Everything was good during the order experience However, in one of the products ordered there was missing a component. This has significantly impacted the delivery time on the project I am working on. More a supplier issue but still frustrating. Currently waiting on update as communicated via the chat portal.....

Parcel still not received. I’ve had problems with fastaway couriers before taking weeks longer then expected. Maybe think of using a better courier company for future e.g. Australia Post

A great range of products but found buying online quite confusing. I wished to buy pond liner in a continuous length but online purchasing seemed to show only 1m lengths available. We called into the showroom to see and feel the material, but were "helped" by a bloke who simply ordered it online in the store for us with minimal interaction. What was delivered was suitable but we would have liked to see a sample of it at least before buying.

I purchased organic products because I wanted to avoid harsh chemicals. The boxes my products came in were both covered in different substances. One smelled like a very strong perfume that older people typically wear. The products inside were protected by the box, fortunately. It is a bit disheartening that your very expensive OGS line of products are commingled with harsh chemicals. Otherwise the staff is very friendly, and your approach to delivery of products is very efficient.

The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. However the shop is now not what it was, as the inventory is now off limits in a “ warehouse” unlike earlier when it was possible to see exactly what something looked like before buying. Online buying is never as good. Please bring back the shop as it was, it’s disappointing it’s come to this.Also simple things like extra T 5 lights were not on site and had to be ordered in, so one trip was wasted. On demand stock should be readily available on the floor at all times.

Hello Thulasi, We understand that our current store is not for everyone but we wanted to place the focus on customer success while keeping pricing competitive and stable. Now we can spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have a coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! This current store has been functioning for two years now. For the people that know what they’re after, the ordering can be done from the comfort of home so it's just a case of popping down at a time that suits, walking to the counter with your click & collect number to be handed over to you in a jiffy. This is for our local customers who prefer to pick up orders instore and may not want to rely on freight providers for things they need urgently and gives customers the option to reserved stock online and come pay cash instore. It’s understood that not everyone feels comfortable shopping online and providing details so we still have the facilities to take your order in-store so you can chat to our team if you have any questions or want to troubleshoot something before completing your order. We are sorry that the T-5 lights were out of stock - we do have core products that we endeavor to keep on hand at all times, but there are many supply chain issues at the moment which are frustrating. One benefit of the new store is our staff have time to help find alternatives for products that may have a longer wait due to these supply chain issues. it came fast but i was missing half my package just a little cunfused it said my order was shipped and it showed both items then when it arrived i only got my canna a and b and not my extreme gardening mykos premium mycorrhiza, can someone please contact me to help

Hello Scott, Thank you for raising this with us so we were able to look into it for you. This order was last marked as 'In Transit' so it has left the distribution center and is on the way to NSW. It was sent on March 31st and there is a 5-9 business day window for deliveries on the Standard Shipping option that was selected. It is still within that window and is marked as 'Due On Time' on the Australia Post website. The lack of recent scans could be due to the delays and backlog that Australia Post are working through with the recent floods, but there should be updated scans once it arrives to a depot closer to your town. Happy with the price and quality of the hose. Delivery very slow, so if you need an item in a hurry maybe look elsewhere. Ordered October 2 and arrived 24 October.

Apologies for the delay on your package, we do our best to pick and pack incoming orders as soon as possible to get them ready for the courier to collect and dispatched to you but unfortunately once we hand the package over we are at the mercy of the courier and cannot control the delivery. We do our best to use a broad range of couriers to ensure fast and accurate delivery, with the added pressures of COVID there are delays from most if not all couriers at the moment and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay.

Needed more of these blocks for my dam. 23 thousand litres so don't know if they did any good.

Hello, Thanks for your honest review - we believe you are correct, as the algae blocks purify 800L per packet, as stated on the product information, so they may not have had a huge effect on your 23,000L dam. Products recommended for this size would be the 3.78L bottles of Clear for Ponds or Clean for Ponds by Aquatec. The product description for these products is available online and states that each pump suits 2000L of water, so around 12 pumps could do your dam. The bottle would clear 300,000L worth of water.
