"I needed support with pond pump and filter set for my pond. This is the first time I have purchased a pond pump and filter so I truly appreciated the customer service assistance by Daniel via email and Zac during my free phone consult. Wonderful team and great selection of products. The only thing for improvement (and it\u2019s not a deal breaker it\u2019s more constructive feedback) is when items are on back order like my pump and filter I waited a long time (weeks) and it was up to me to keep contacting the team to enquire about updates of an eta for the items. It would be great if this was done proactively. Other than that I am happy to say the Oase pump and filter set has improved my pond water beyond my expectations. Thank you to Daniela js Zac for their patience in answering my million questions. "

"The best DWC starter kit on the market! Everything is just that little bit extra than cheaper kits: from the size, airstone quality, the reservoir measurement hose fixing which allows it to double as a drainage hose. My biggest takeaway from my first grow was in trying to manage a plant twice the size as usual\u2014DO NOT MOVE THE PLANT! once its reached preflower (if not earlier). Hydro-grown plants tend to be more brittle\u2014due to the speed and size of growth, which also leaves little room in the tent to move without bumping into things and further damaging the plant. No matter how careful I was, even just lifting the top up to slide a temporary reservoir underneath, I broke a lot of twigs and branches which really affected my bottom line. With the reservoir measurement hose doubling as a drainage hose, I'm now able to drain it and fill it without touching a leaf. It really is worth spending a few extra bucks."
