It would be good to get goods in a reasonable time frame and not wait for 3 to 4 weeks to get your order.

Ordered and paid for a product on the 1Sep23, which was not in stock. After two weeks of no contact, I contacted Aqua and was told it was on backorder. I suggested that letting me know that might have been a good idea. Gentleman that I talked too wasn't too concerned. Product arrived on the 19th. The time delay wasn't an issue. Just the lack of information, as I had since found the product locally and slightly cheaper.

Ordered 3 x rolls flexi tube 8 weeks ago.Recieved 1 roll 4 weeks ago another roll 2 weeks ago and yet to recieve roll number 3. Very bad delivery service

My parcels was thrown over the fence ( gate was unlocked) onto my garden killing four small plants. The delivery person also took a photo of the parcel on my plants to show it was delivered.

I needed 5 large bags of expanded clay balls. I rang up to order them. The gentleman I spoke to told me he was too busy to take my order and to just go online and buy them there, then virtually hung up on me. So after looking online for expanded clay balls I found a store that was selling them closer to me and also $5 a bag cheaper. So I suppose I should be giving them a higher score as it was a $25 saving for me. But I really don't like to be fobbed off by a store I am trying to make a purchase from.

charging 10 dollars shipping domestically, and its still going to nearly take 2 weeks.

Hello Edward, We are sorry to read of this review - we can see that you placed your order the morning of Wednesday the 25th of May, and tracking of the parcel states that it was successfully delivered 6 days later, the afternoon of Tuesday 31st of May. If this is incorrect, please get in contact with the support team at support@aquagardening.com.au to start a freight inquiry for you. There is an Express shipping option, but it would be more expensive than the minimum $10 flat-rate fee that the courier companies charge. We do have a Free Shipping deal for any orders over $249 if you did want to avoid paying for the delivery service, it is a great option across Australia. Warm regards, Aqua Gardening.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We will take this feedback onboard. We do encourage customers to pay online beforehand to speed up the Click and Collect process - our Terms and Conditions at the checkout do mention your order will only be prepared after payment is made. Stock is reserved for 48 hours without payment and a first confirmation message of this order being reserved will automatically be sent to you. Once payment is made, the order will then be prepared immediately for you. We can see that this order was paid for at 9:57am, and then had been picked and packed by 10:02am for collection. The product - a foam filter was $25 - for a block of foam, so it was grossly overpriced. Postage was $15, for a lightweight parcel when the actual cost is $9.30. Only bought it here as I couldn’t find another supplier - which probably accounts for the price gouging.

Hello, We recognize the need for privacy for some people - if you want to can create an order to collect from the store by entering our address of 4 Billabong Street, Stafford, 4053 QLD. For this order, it looks like it was sent out of state though, so it would have been necessary to get your details so we could send it to the correct address across the country. The website has a section for leaving a product review which is great. However... Reviews are curated before being displayed. I had left feedback on a purchase which I had made which failed to perform as expected. The review was never displayed, but to their credit, Aqua Gardening did follow up on the review. Where this process has clearly fallen down is that during the discussion, it was clearly identified that the product description failed to contain critical information on the pump size required for this product. 3 months on and the review has not been posted and the product page has not been updated to avoid other customers purchasing a product which is not fit for purpose. It is hard to trust a company which curates the product reviews and then does not act to resolve known information issues when they are identified. The process of handling this issue was also very poorly executed from a communication perspective and not inspiring of further engagement which is genuinely disappointing given the previously well executed purchases and deliveries I've had from here.

Hi Philip, I am sorry for your experience, but I'm failing to understand why you would review our company so poorly based on the other successful purchases you have made from us. The product in question was accurately described and pictured on the website, and we do not always have further information available on how to use the product or what it can connect to. However we do strive to provide as much information as possible so customers can make their own decisions to whether the product is suitable for them. Combined with our phone, social media and email support, there are many ways to contact us and check if a product is suitable, and we do encourage yourself and the community to contact us to assist with decisions about products. I hope you will reconsider the way you have rated us today, and understand that a product rating may be moderated by the team. Those which are justified are all posted to the products - or we remove the product from our offering. A product rating based on the service we have provided to you, or based on the use of a product in the incorrect way, probably won't be deemed relevant to the product and may not be shown on the product page. Hello Ethan, Sorry that you haven't had the best experience with your recent order. Please look out in your inbox for an email that was sent by our Customer Support Team earlier in the week. We do state that the Maximum Yield magazine sent will be the current issue, unless we have been supplied with another one. The Citrus one is from the start of the year, so we do not have copies of it anymore sorry, and are using the July/August edition now. It was sent with same-day dispatch, so shouldn't be far away, but we understand the frustrations. I love the wall garden pots, they are a great size and easy to hang. However aquagardening managed to address my package to NSW instead of ACT which meant that it took over 1 month to get my order delivered and I barely received an apology. They made it sound as if it was my error and I was being difficult.
