“Overall happy with service and products, however, I preferred it when I could browse things when Instore shopping was available. When I can see a product, I’m likely to buy it”

G'day Frank, Thank you for sharing your review. We appreciate the point of view you are coming from. It is currently a high priority project of ours to bridge the gap between the customer and the products by making our website more functional and easier to navigate for our community. We have changed from our previous more traditional shop front to a ShowRoom as we wanted to place the focus on customer success, to be able to expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand for our community so they don't have to wait as often or as long for stock while keeping pricing competitive and stable. We appreciate all our community members who take the time to give us feedback - good or bad, it gives us a chance to improve our services and without it, we cannot grow!

“It a great product for my house plants ( mostly Anthurium and philodendron) and it makes a noticeable growth obviously, but the reason im scoring 4/5 is that 10ml per liter is way harsh to my plants, I would recommend the maximum is 7ml and to start with 3ml and keep monitoring while you are increasing the dosage.”

G'day Haitham, Thank you for leaving this great review! The Foliage Focus is popular, and an easy to use nutrient, great for indoor plants. We're glad you've found this to be the case. It would be fair to say that for some plants, the full-strength dose recommended might be too much, it is often a good idea to start with 50% or so and work your way up with any nutrient. “The product appears to work well.The lamp failed after 4 weeks of light work.As I am organized I purchased a replacement/spare lamp as a back up.It cost me $69.00(not sure how much the freight was).I reported the problem and was told I had done nothing wrong to cause the first/original lamp to fail and that as asked a credit was raised for future purchases.Problem was the spare lamp cost me $69 and my credit was for $35 so I am a bit bewildered.”

Hello Ken, Deepest apologies that you received a faulty item. Unfortunately, we don't have spare bulbs to send as a replacement, because it was part of a kit. However, we were able to give you credit for the bulb, $35, which you could use for a better, longer-lasting brand like the Philips Son-T or Hortivision. We do our best to ensure we are only stocking quality products, but the occasional fault can happen. Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout and for providing us with an opportunity to rectify it for you.
