“all my items arrived fast and intact and that was just before christmas so that was surprising and their prices are pretty good compared to a lot off shops in melbourne”

“Good sevice. It would have been nice to walk around shelves full of stock, unfortunately this is not possible. I spent $700 and would maybe have spent more with impulse buying or product comparisons.”

“Despite a measurement error initially, the liner was quickly rectified and a replacement was sent. Customer service was very good. They were happy to help, friendly, and quick to respond to emails and phone messages. Highly recommended.”

“Pondmax foam is an excellent product. Aguagardening shipped the product promptly. Unfortunately the Courier (Amarex) let everyone down as once the parcel arrived in the destination depot it got stuck there four 2 weeks waiting for it to be picked up by a delivery driver. During this time Amarax fobbed off enquires, leaving us and Aquagardening in the the no-mans land of non-delivery. There needs to be specific rules and guarantees around when a parcel is declared as lost in transit.”

“Our pond had thick string algae. After using weekly for a month it has been greatly reduced. No harm to fish and we have many baby goldfish. Working well”

“I used it in my outside tank whith only swordtails in but I haven't used it in my good tropical tanks yet because I used another product in one of my good tanks and it killed all my fish so I am only using it on tanks whith cheep fish in until I get more confidence in your product”

“Hi, I would like to pass on my thoughts of the sediment remover, first I bought it to remove salts from my bore water, my bore water are high in natural salts, the exercise has been a small success by removing around 20% contents of salt. As I grow Paphiopedilum Orchids which does not have a pusdobulb to retain food an moisture and fine hairy roots so you have to be very careful with what you water contents. The salts out of the bore would buildup to the stage were the roots would rot and plants die.”

Hey Viv, Thanks for taking time to provide this feedback. Did your package not come with a sticker label with basic directions - 'either mix into media or top dress'? We acknowledge these are very vague and will pass this onto the supplier and see if we can source a more indepth directions of use from them or an updated label. Hey Dave, It is currently a high priority project of ours to make our website more functional and easier to navigate for our community so hopefully you notice in the coming months these changes in action. If you have any specific feedback on what you did/didn't enjoy or found clunky please pass it through to feedback@aquagardening.com.au. We have changed from our previous more traditional shop front to a ShowRoom as we wanted to place the focus on customer success, to be able to expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand for our community so they don't have to wait as often or as long for stock, while keeping pricing competitive and stable. This allows us to spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have the new coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! We do have a few systems on display but understand some people prefer a more tactile experience before they buy. All our products are available to see online and you can always ask for more information if you think the product page is lacking anything. Thank you for providing this feedback, we appreciate all our community members who take time to give us feedback - good or bad, it gives us a chance to improve our services and without it we cannot grow!
