“Product was great. Delivery was prompt. Service was OK (would have liked to sub out a part of the system as it wasn't needed, it may have cut down freight costs for both). Lovely to be able to support an Australian company.”

“Great customer service from aqua but they need to use a different courier company. Don't understand why it takes 6-7 days to ship a parcel 2 hrs down the road, couriers please are a joke. They have ruined every experience i have had with aqua, they aqya themselves are great”

Thanks Greg. We're always listening to the feedback from customers, and avoiding the couriers who make a lot of mistakes. It's hard when some of the individual couriers do a great job, and others in the same company give such a bad service. It's likely a future order of yours will come with fastway, I hope you have a faster delivery!

“I have received the product as described, however the instruction for dosage on the product was ambiguous. The guys at aquagardening since checked on my product and found a fault in the product and are fixing for future clients.”
