“Brilliant customer service and stunning beds! Bought one for us to move into our first home in 2019, still in love and get soo many compliments. My friends have also bought from here based on my experience, will be looking to get a new one for our spare bedrooms!”

“We ordered our bed from Arista living when we bought our first home back in October! The process was very easy and straight forward and they kept us updated the entire process, the bed was easy enough to assemble and we’ve had no issues at all :) we loved that we got to design the bed ourselves and yes this did increase delivery time as they are made to order but that was obvious, the customer service and communication was great through the whole process! would definitely recommend!”

“I have read through a number of reviews and was quite shocked at the number of 1 star reviews. We have had our bed for almost a year and the only issue I had was that it smelt for a while when we first got it, but I’d heard this could happen with the type of material we had ordered. Overall we’re happy, it’s really nice and a lot cheaper then any other options we could find for an ottoman Style bed.”

“To anyone even considering buying from Arista.living my advice would be DONT! Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Only delivered part of the bed, now being told 4 days after receiving the first part and after numerous emails back and forth (because they dont sort anything out over the phone) that the missing part of my bed wont arrive until 8th august which is almost 2 months away. Very disappointed and certainly wouldn't reccommend.”
