“The bed looks lovely and was very easy to put together but the slats under the mattress often fall out when just sitting on the bed. For the price of the bed, not particularly happy with the quality when this happens so often! Quite disappointed”

“Love the bed. Delivery was ok despite some of the reviews that I had read. Decided to go for the mattress as it was on offer with the bed but it’s really uncomfortable. I think I went for medium firm? (The middle option) but it’s so so hard. Reminds me of memory form but harder. Wake up stiff and in a bit of pain every day but I’m just going to have to live with it until I can afford another.”

Hi Louise, Thanks so much for your review and your feedback! Sorry to hear you don't like your mattress. Sometimes our bodies are so used to sleeping on the same one for so long that when we get a new one it can be quite hard to get used to, especially if it's a different brand or firmness. It all seems to boil down to personal preference, as some people find the medium firm too soft, and others find it too hard. We've taken your feedback on board. Kind regards, Arista Living 🤍

“The quality of the bed is poor, it feels and looks and unstable and I fully expect it to break in the near future. It is also very low, the frame literally sits on the ground. However, it looks nice and serves its purpose and will tide us over until we can afford (or are forced) to replace it. If there wasn’t always a 50% off code I would not shop here, you definitely get what you pay for! Don’t expect quality.”

Hi Anne, Thanks for your review! Really sorry to hear you think the quality is poor, our beds are thoroughly tested to ensure good quality and sturdiness. If you think there's anything wrong with your bed please feel free to reach out to our support team and we will happily look into this for you. Just to let you know as well if any parts did break, we are always willing to replace these if it's a fault with the bed. In regards to the bed being too low to the floor, I'm sorry you feel that way. I can see you reached out to our support team via e-mail before ordering to ask for dimensions, we sent these to you and you chose to order based on these measurements.
