“This was my first time ordering from Arm or Ally and I wasn't sure what to expect. As it turned out, i had a very good experience; my order was shipped quickly and it all arrived safely. I did have an issue with a box of bullets tearing open during shipment, but they were unharmed. I contacted customer service to recommend they tape the box if it's not going to be packed alone, and they said they will. Nice to deal with a company that listens and responds to customers! I will definitely buy from them again in the future.”
