“Arm or Ally does not have a customer service phone number, Email only. I sent 2 email to them with no reply. I was trying to change the shipping address because the name was incorrect. Fortunately I was able to connect with my mail carrier to let her know about the issue. The name being incorrect and not on the address as listed would have returned the item to sender. The prices are good, their contact info is not the best.”

“Purchased A&A Duty Series Threaded Barrel & a Thread Protector 11 AUG 2023. The thread protector goes on about 1 thread and locks up. I tried different thread protectors and got the same result. I then tried the A&A thread protector on another barrel and it was fine, implying there was something wrong with the threads on the barrel itself. I notified Arm & Ally via their website (Ticket: CS00036937) on 16 AUG of the issue and to date have received no response. I am now leaving on a multiple-destination trip to Ft. Jackson 4 SEP - 8 SEP, Ft Lee 8 SEP - 11 SEP and then to Maxwell AFB 13 SEP - 25 SEP and have no way ahead.”

“I’ve been very happy with Aero Precision for the price point, and everything has worked flawlessly with one exception. The dust cover spring, broke, fell off, not sure what happened to it during the first 20 rounds through the gun. Couldn’t find the spring to see if I could identify the issue, the only reason I noticed was the rod and cover fell off while I carried the gun back to my car. This was from a bench, and it hadn’t been dropped, or used roughly in any way.”

“Arm or Ally had Aero Precision EPC parts in stock when just about no one else did, and at much better prices. Wish I had known about them before ordering my upper assy. from AP; could have saved over $120. I'll be a return customer for sure! Update! Went to fire my newly assembled weapon and had two rounds fail to fire; didn't even contact the primer. I checked to make sure I didn't do something wrong during assembly and couldn't find anything, so I submitted a trouble ticket to AP. It's been 5 days, and I haven't heard anything back. Not sure how long they usually take but 5 days seems long. I'll give them benefit of the doubt, but 5 days does seem long.”
