“The PF940C kit was perfect in quality, but the only issue I had was with the locking block. If you get a locking block that didn’t fit the frame, just email polymer80 about it and they should ship you a new one.”

“My order has not been received. The USPS tracking data shows that it left Tulsa, OK on 12/16 and is still “in transit”. I filed a complaint with the USPS and was told that the complaint had been closed because the are “just a couple weeks behind”. About a week after placing my order with you (which is well after it was overdue from the USPS) I placed a separate order for the same product with another vendor; it was shipped via FedEx and arrived in two days. I suggest that you stop using the USPS. I am not sure when (or if) the USPS will actually deliver your package.”

We're sorry to see your package is delayed in transit. Once a package is released to the carrier it's physically out of our control. We have some advisements posted in our checkout that if selecting USPS as your carrier to expect delays significant delays in transit. They are simply overwhelmed and will not accept any claims for packages that are not at least 2 weeks delayed. We offer 3 different carriers for you to choose from, including FedEx and UPS. We shipped your package using the carrier you requested. We have no doubt your package will be delivered as only a very very small percentage are actually lost. If not delivered after 30 days, please contact us for a refund.

“Fantastic product. Jig worked out great just had to work on the back pin in the Magwell. I used painters tape to hold the jig together and the holes lined up perfect. I only used a drill and files. They shipped the product next day.”

“The Faxon Gunner barrel exhibits very good machining with a good nitride finish upon initial inspection. It assembled as expected with good accuracy. The only negative I can share is that this particular barrel was not dimpled to attach the gas block in a more secure manner.”
