“The three stars are because the box was wrecked,(the one inside the box it was shipped in.) and the instructions were not the ones for that particular brace. I had to figure it out on my own, and I’m a beginner! But it got here pretty quick!”

“I received my barrel in a timely manner, but it was missing the roll pin for the gas block. This was supposed to be included with the Hanson barrel. I emailed Arm or Ally to request the missing item but it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard back from them. That's inexcusably poor customer service. I don't know if I'll order from them again after this.”

Hello, we received your email on 21 September and responded back 12 minutes later. Basically, BA sent us a shipment of barrels that did not include the taper roll pins for Hanson series barrels. To date, we are still waiting for these pins to be delivered to us, and not sure what the hold-up is. We advised you, as well as other customers to contact BA and request the pin (which they will send you) or to check back with us each week. Unfortunately, these pins are typically included with each Hanson series barrel and are not an item we stock individually. You are welcome to go to BA directly or contact us back next week. If we've received them from BA, we'll gladly send you one. Sorry, I don't know why you did not receive our email back. We're relatively quick to respond.
