We opened a FedEx investigation. FedEx states the package was correctly delivered to your address with photo evidence. Where you opted-out of signature delivery, it appears the package may have been stolen after delivery, something we, unfortunately, do not cover. We emailed you on 2 March with an offer to which you've not replied. Please check your email.

“You made it hard for to get my part.im still fighting to get my part. I don't have any felonys or a creminal back ground and i was denied my part.now im waiting on my letter to see why.It's stuped because i had a gun in my name before now Im just fucked for my part and i don't know what to do but wait to see why i was denied by them.No will never recommend any one to you because i woulded want the to lose money like i did.”

Sir, you ordered your part on 7 March and it was delivered to your FFL on 9 March. Your failure of a background check has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the part you received from us or the service we provided you. We have nothing to do with your background, or qualifications to possess a regulated item. If you are unable to pass a background check, contact your FFL and request to have the item sent back to us for a return.
