“Waited 2 weeks to leave this review to allow for response from Arm or Ally. Received brass order which was 7 cases short and alerted their customer service. Their response was that the weight was correct for that order and asked if the bag broke. I let them know the bag was intact but just short the 7 pieces. I weighed all 493 pieces and shared the data showing this batch was heavier and even followed up for resolution. No further response at this point and never received the missing pieces. Purchased a quantity of brass but received a weight of brass that was short that quantity.”

“Price was right, received product quickly, and I have to say my experience with Polymer80 has been exemplary in every way. Product superb, support well above and beyond, ease of contact for support was unbelievable. No holds, no “press two if you’re clueless” IVR, just a knowledgeable Temecula support agent empowered to help me. This was as good as it gets. Finished product works better than the factory produced version. First 100 rounds with various types Ammo ran perfectly, no malfunction of any type. Great overall experience.”

“Great product found only at at Arm R Ally, quality true mill spec heavy duty, has a unique taper that catches the buffer plunger. Helps in several ways make the tube adjustable 1-2 turns and catches the plunger with a twist of the tube. Heavy duty running it on a 450 BM Any thing less would be a compromise”
