“Over all a great buy. However about 5 percent of brass were large primer instead of small or rejects. Not bad considering I received 1000 cases. I’d purchase again brass was in great condition after cleaning it and they functioned properly.”

“I tried to buy locally for months but everyone was out of shot gun primmers, don't know why. I found Arm or Ally online , had to pay extra in the shipping for hazardous materials. The company is very good to work with and I certainly would buy again from them in a pinch.”

“My order was what I expected with no surprises and that's always nice. It was very well packaged with heavy duty staples and bagged. I didn't pay for cleaning, thought I would do that myself, and the level of "dirtiness" of the brass is also as I expected, so again, no surprises. Good pricing and prompt delivery.”

“Arm or Ally does not have a customer service phone number, Email only. I sent 2 email to them with no reply. I was trying to change the shipping address because the name was incorrect. Fortunately I was able to connect with my mail carrier to let her know about the issue. The name being incorrect and not on the address as listed would have returned the item to sender. The prices are good, their contact info is not the best.”

“Purchased A&A Duty Series Threaded Barrel & a Thread Protector 11 AUG 2023. The thread protector goes on about 1 thread and locks up. I tried different thread protectors and got the same result. I then tried the A&A thread protector on another barrel and it was fine, implying there was something wrong with the threads on the barrel itself. I notified Arm & Ally via their website (Ticket: CS00036937) on 16 AUG of the issue and to date have received no response. I am now leaving on a multiple-destination trip to Ft. Jackson 4 SEP - 8 SEP, Ft Lee 8 SEP - 11 SEP and then to Maxwell AFB 13 SEP - 25 SEP and have no way ahead.”
