“So far my experience with ordering from Arm or Ally has been a positive one. They respond very quickly to queries or complaints. Shipping has been speedy and all boxes have been really well packaged. They are my go to for supplies and I'll only go elsewhere if they don't have the item I need in stock. “Somehow, in my ordering process, I didn't understand that I needed to positively say that I did not want "Adult Signature," which comes with a fee. When I contacted Arm or Ally in that regard, they very efficently adjusted the order to reflect my wishes. Shipping was rapid and not exorbitant, the product was just as advertised. All good.”
