“the kit was packaged well with heavy bags but one bag was open it had two pins of same size, talked to your quality team and asked for replacement pins got run around that I had to call p 80, I did not buy from p 80.”

Gary, unfortunately p80 does not make individual components available to dealers and in cases like this, they request we send our customers directly to them for service. If you were to ever have an issue with their customer service we are happy to facilitate the transaction for you. I also see that we shipped your order next day and provided you a complementary upgrade to UPS 2 Day Air; sorry if we failed to satisfy you, Gary.

“I needed 100 new .44 Special cases for some load development and ARM or ALLY was one of the few that actually had them in stock. Their price was very reasonable and shipping was super fast. ARM or ALLY is now a new go to source for shooting & reloading needs.”

“Fast shipping! Brass was short 3 pieces. I wrote them a reminder to err on side of customer. I did not ask for compensation, but they did credit my account 2 dollars. I guess that’s easier than sending me the last 3 pieces of brass. I’m not unhappy, just an attention to detail type person. Would have rather had the brass count right, but they didn’t offer me that. I would still buy from again.”

“First time working with Arm or Ally and I have it say it was a great experience. I ordered Starline brass, 6.5 Grendel which is almost nonexistent these days as most are aware. The first order arrived in like two days after purchase which was unexpected. The cases are as promised. I liked them so much that I ordered another 100 cases. This shipment seemed to arrive the next day. Arm or Ally is now one of my top go to places for components.”
