“First off - Arm or Ally has consistently been a great Co. to deal with. Prices are extremely competitive and the items are at my door usually in 2-3 days. Never a worry, purchasing here. Second - This PRS stock lives up to the expectations. I built a precision AR-308 and finished it off with a Luth-AR stock, because I had already spent SO MUCH on the build. I always felt I should have just waited and saved up for this one, because there was something about that one that left me a tad disappointed. The Luth stock isn't bad. It's not. It's just not what this stock is. This stock is great. At nearly 80 bucks under the typical MSRP, it was a no brainer buy (thanks AorA). My only complaint with the Magpul stock is that there is no fore/aft adjustability on the cheek riser (it's only up or down).”

“I don't usually write reviews, but this one is a must. I live in AK. Acquiring components for reloading can be difficult when local sources are out of stock. Heavy and hazmat are two things that can leave Alaskans doing without. Now USPS Flat Rate is the SAME to AK as every other state. Up to 70 lbs - would be less than $30. Searching for bulk bullets online, my first inquiry (a wholesale place in AL) had a good price, so I did a checkout trial. UPS cost would be $224. I inquired on using USPS FR. They didn't reply with more than a sentence, basically "UPS only". Too bad. This is not uncommon. Over the years I have had a few memorable transactions. Arm or Ally is one of the best. Not looking for sympathies for living here, and I understand extra costs (apart from USPS FR), but Arm or Ally demonstrated that each order may need to be treated individually, that sometimes there is a need for a variable (especially in this current high demand, politically rocky territory). I inquired and they accommodated my shipping needs. I got the product and they saved me a HUGE cost. Not only that, but the package came FedEx (!!). They went way above and beyond, helping a customer with a specific issue. Point is - 'Trust' is the one thing we go into with pause doing online commerce. That is firmly established with Arm or Ally. I greatly appreciated their personalized service and look forward to doing business again. Thanks for your understanding and unexpected VIP treatment!
