“I ordered three "blem" stripped upppers. No visible "blems" I could see. The only issue (very minor- possibly "stacked tolerances "??) was the roll pin hole for the forward assist roll pin might have been just a hair off ot the forward assists my have been a bit off. ASome slight fitting of the "flat" on the roll pin side of the forward assist and all is well.”

Has an issue with an ffl shipment a while back and the owner of the company personally insured that he was going to make sure it was handled, and he contacted my ffl of choice to help. That’s the kind of customer service every gun company should provide.”

“I’ve ordered several items in the past without any issues whatsoever, so recently I ordered 3 Glock 23 upper parts kits because they’re Glock OEM and come with the specific 40 s&w extractor, shipping was fast as usual however when I opened the box there was only 1 kit so I took pictures and emailed them that evening, by 9am the next morning they responded admitting their error and shipped my missing parts kits that day. We all make mistakes but to me correcting the mistake with no argument is great customer service, I will always consider Arm or Ally in any future purchases!”

“Sight is easy to use and the people are very friendly. But the shipping of the parts is just a little steep compared to other vendor sites that I have purcahsed from. But still recommend using them for your firearms parts.”
