“Ordered Dec. 22. Received Jan. 30th. NOT Arm or Alleys fault. It was all USPS. A or A sent tracking and it just sat there for a month. They did their part, and shipped order the next day. And was Responsive when I emailed them about the issue. …can’t take it when people complain about a company, when they had nothing to do with it. I chose my freight. And that’s what I got. My bullets did arrive. Good company, they do what they say. —— the parts guy”

“I had placed my order on a Monday and paid $45.00 extra for two day shipping. I didn't receive my package for 8 days. I believe Arm or Ally placed the order through FedEx but they didn't pick the package up until Thursday. It set for three days in Missouri before being finally shipped. I believe Arm or Ally did their part but still overall experience was not good. I didn't get my $45.00 back for two day shipping. I would not recommend FedEx for shipping.”

11 Jan (Monday PM) - Order placed 14 Jan (Thursday)- Order shipped 18 Jan (Monday)- Order Delivered Hi, unfortunately the only service which has expedited handling is Next Day Air. Depending on order volumes, we do try to get the 2 Day orders out ASAP, but with the way things have been, sometimes this is not possible. We have a link to our shipping lead times posted at our checkout, and on our homepage. At the time you placed your order we were advertising a 4 day lead time. I see we got our order out ahead of this timeline, but where it shipped on Thursday, 2 Day transit is a Monday delivery. The weekend added a couple of days here. FedEx Express does deliver on Saturday, but there's an additional $16 fee from FedEx, not us. We hope you are happy with the service received in such odd times we are all living, and we're sorry if we failed to satisfy you.

“Fast shipping. Product came in perfect condition (Aero Precisio. M5e1 handguard. Considering i ordered products close to a month ago direct from Aero Precision and ha e yet to receive products, in stark contrast Arm or Ally was much more pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend Arm or Ally and will definitely continue doing business with them.”
