“Shipping was fast enough, and I'll continue to order from AoA when they have good deals. Did have a small issue with the product, not AoA's fault. However, their customer service took care of it immediately and I have no issues.”

“I received my order in two shipments, and after processing my casings into smaller bags, I didn’t notice any that were damaged, and the total number of cases did exceed the quantity ordered by the expected amount. The brass look very good with minimal cleaning media residual. I am very happy with the results, and look forward to many more transactions with this company.”

“First, the good news. The brass is excellent, the price was fair, and it was delivered promptly. Now the bad news. My order was for 100 cases. I received 98. I emailed Arm or Ally about this and did not receive a response.”
