“I didn't even get a chance to be excited because that MF was here in like a day and a half. Opened the box, and it was even better than I hoped for. If you see some of my other reviews on other sites, whether gun related or not, you see that I am quite particular about my expectations and honest with my reviews. “Well, I ordered 2 thousand bullet, I received 2000 bullets, loaded up a few dozen, fired them, hole appeared in target. All good. ordering was easy, shipping was reasonably quick but above all, the bullets were properly packed. Please note below that I said the package was damaged. I've ordered from other suppliers and had the bullets rolling around loose in the packaging and falling out of holes in the box. Not the sellers fault but the item was packed in anticipation of shipper brutality. I'll order again from Arm or Ally.”

Hello, You contacted us on 2 March, stating an issue with your slide. Through several emails with you, including photos, we determined you had a Gen 4. Our product description clearly states the compatibility with Gen 1-3 only. We provided you with an RMA to return the item. To date, we've not received your return nor have you provided the tracking number requested on 17 March. As I look through the order history, your order shipped the same day, delivered 3 days later, and we responded to all of your emails either the same day or the next business day. We're confused as to why you rated us a 1 star and claimed your experience was horrible. Please share with us what made your experience horrible. We take feedback from our customers seriously and look for ways to improve our service.

“Used range brass was as described, packaged properly, arrived on time as promised. Found a few smaller caliber casings inside the .45's, but that was an added bonus (since I reload .9mm's as well). I found about a dozen small pocket primer casings, but that wasn't a problem for me either. Secret for new, clean brass is tumbling them in steel pin media for 3 hrs, in Dawn/Lemoni shine powder solution - comes out like new (but don't allow them to soak for more than 3 hrs or they will discolor due to citric acid). These casings can be re-loaded 4 to 5 times before they become too brittle & split. Great way to reduce spending on costs of ammo these days, when ammo is scarce.”
