“Years ago you guys did a fantastic job at customer service and support. I guess those days are gone. My recent order for 300 fmj 30 caliber ball rounds was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I never requested to have an adult sign for my package, but was charged extra money for that as well as having to take a day off to be there. On top of that, I was NEVER sent an email confirmation of my order, as well as your customer service representative arguing that it was sent. Why the hell would I call and ask about this if I hadn't checked my spam folder? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU PEOPLE AGAIN.”

“Happy with my Brass. Processed most of it. Cleaned up well. Yes some was mildly dented from AK ejection and some were small primer cases and crimped primers. Rejected 3-4 cases out of 250 plus cases. Maybe a little more effort to process but a great price point. It's a deal as far as I'm concerned. Buy it, work it and enjoy shooting it. Victor”
