“Unfortunately for me I was unable to use the Artizan Coffee Roasting coffee pods as I had purchased a Nespresso Vertuvo Plus machine for which only Nespresso coffee pods can be used with the Vertuvo Plus machine per their patient. When I contacted Artizan about returning these coffee pods Mr. Hansel told me about the patient restrictions and immediately offered to refund my money with return of the Artizan coffee pods. I was really impressed with Artizan’s quickness in accepting the return and refunding of my money as this isn’t the usual experience in today’s world. Mr. Hansel also asked that I note on my return label to address it to his attention. Artizan Coffee Roasting Company I look forward to doing business with you in the future. “I love Artizan products for many reasons. I drink decaf and know they using safe methods for decaffeinating their coffee. I also use a Nespresso machine and am so grateful to have found an organic coffee that is sustainable option with their biodegradable pods.”

“Been in search fior organic and biodegradable espresso in the States. Easier to find in UK. Actually really delicious blends. I’m hooked now. I did have to spend $50 for free delivery so ended up buying quite a lot so now I’m good for a while :)”
