“I love this coffee company. I don’t buy from Anyone else. The service is great and the coffee is very good. I love using the subscription service so I never run out of these delicious little capsules. It’s so helpful to have the acidity ratings, as well As the other characteristics. Thanks for being eco conscious too Artizan!❤️”

“I had questions and called Customer Service twice. They were good listeners and understand their products well. They were very responsive both on the phone and by email and with their help, everything worked out. Really excellent customer service. And delicious organic coffee!”

“I tried two decaf varieties, Mexico and Sumatra…this was awhile back, but I thought the Mexico was the best decaf I’ve ever had! The Sumatra was not to my liking, but no problem! I just ordered two sleeves of the Decaf Mexico and I’m looking forward to receiving them. Would like to try others in the future. FYI, I have a Latissima Pro and your pods work well! Here’s my issue: before I finished my first order, my one year old cat got into my pods and they all ended up on the floor…that’s when I found out the pods have no identification on them, so I had no idea what was what!! The few I had left of each went into the trash…also because kitty had used them like toys all night and the teeth marks discouraged me from using the rest!! Any plans to print the variety on the capsule?”
