Dear Art Shed, The two female staff that served me last week, were excellant, very helpful and courteous, very good staff. However I was very disappointed that my loyalty credit of about ($80?) had been deleted since my last visit and since you moved your store across Warrigal Road. Kind regards Dean Bowen

Hi Dean, Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, we are so happy our amazing team were helpful when you visited us. With regards to your store credit, we do not delete or remove old credits but there was a manual system that was used prior to our moving in 2019. Item was too small and postage to return was high so have an item that is no good for me

Hi Dennis, I am so sorry to hear the Artist Storage Box did not suit your needs. We do try to describe items as well as possible on our website and the dimensions are listed on the product description, to help customers decide on the best option. Good range and pricing is competitive but I bought an item that was clearly marked as on sale but when I checked my receipt it hadn't rung up on sale. They didn't apologise or offer to reduce the price so I refunded it and left annoyed.

I find dealing with Art Shed to be a good experience - they are quite expedient with their response with orders and pack items well. However, my main reason for ordering last time was for Mont Marte Paynes Grey acrylic paint and they had very little stock, so I didn't really get what I wanted. Maybe next time I will have more luck - it does leave me short of stock and meaning apart from not having what I wanted, I pay twice as much for postage when I have to go back to the "well" next time to see if they have stock when that time comes.

You are welcome to place a pre-order with us, if you send us an email or give us a call we can arrange the order for you and ship it as soon as the stock arrives. We receive a delivery from this specific supplier every week, so it does not take long to fulfil an order. We main stock levels according to demand, so we may not keep as many of every product as you may require, but we can accommodate your artistic needs if you contact us about it. I wasn't overly impressed with the packaging of my order. The box was poorly packed, not taped up well and was squashed.

Wide variety of brands and products, competitive pricing and prompt service. My main criticism is that having to browse through pages and pages of products in search of something specific is quite frustrating

At Art Shed we have over 7000 products, and it is an ongoing challenge to make sure everything is displayed in the best way possible. There are a few different tools on our website to make searching easier. These include the search bar at the top, the main Category headings, and you can also change the sorting of your search results by using the drop down on the right side, Sort - Most Popular is the default setting for this. You can change it to show by price, name or by product code. There are also a series of filters down the left side of the page. I bought around 6 or so vouchers for my students, it was a complicated process online and then 2 vouchers were never received. I chased up one (art shed sent to the wrong email) and wasn’t told about the other until months later which was to late to to much trouble to try and resolve so I just ended up paying for a new one. Won’t be buying online vouchers anymore.

Hi Perrin, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the Gift Vouchers, we were sorry to hear you have had this experience. We are aware that email security measures have been increased dramatically, and this is causing an issue with emails being blocked by servers. When you buy an e-voucher, our system sends the email upon ordering, this is automated and we do not manually enter the email addresses. We have no way of knowing if your voucher email has been blocked, so we rely on customers letting us know. I’ve been very happy with orders although my last canvas Oder was disappointing as after painting on one of the canvases only noticed that the frame was not square and only noticeable when I attached the frame then had to pack out the gap and repaint the bottom of the painting a lot of work mm will check all frames in future kind regards trevor have a great Xmas break

It's a good idea to inspect your deliveries as soon as they arrive so you can be sure everything is in perfect condition. This was my first time back to art shed since you moved across the road. I was disappointed to know that the discount system has changed since your move. I purchase items to the value of $130 and came back the next day and spent a further $40 or so. When I asked about the discount I was given a piece of paper stating the brands/items that would qualify. Nothing I purchased was on the list. Yet, a customer can come in and purchase 1 x item from that list and spend a considerable amount less than I did and be able to get a discount. This has left me with a bad taste in my mouth as I find it unfair.

staff could be a little more courteous. I find it's hit and miss when I come into the store. Some are great, others are not helpful at all. Also, some of the staff dont know much about the products in the store.

I’m usually very happy with the delivery and the packaging of the products that I order. But I ordered two gift packs, and I was very disappointed with the 5 to 8-year-old give back as it wasn’t packed as the picture said it would be packed, so it was meant to be a Christmas present for my grandchildren, so I was a little bit disappointed with that.
