Thanks for your feedback, however I think you may be mistaken. There is nothing on your order that could be the wrong colour, as you ordered a Telescopic Tube for paper. If you would like to contact us we can rectify any issues with your order straight away! Australia Post does not collect on weekends, your order arrived within three business days which is pretty good at the moment. Thanks so much!

It’s a great place to shop. Good sales and variety. The only real let down is how long it takes for the warehouse to acknowledge and dispatch an order. Didn’t receive an email for 3 days. I ended up calling to see what was happening and changed to click and collect and picked it up that day. I have since placed another order and having the same problem. I called today because I still had no email confirmation for an order placed 2 days ago.

Hi Kylie, Thanks for your time on the phone today. From our conversation, you do not recall leaving this review, and you mentioned you've had great experience shopping with us in the past. So we are now investigating this further with our administrators. It's a weird one as the review left under your name is associated with your email, the order ID and your IP address. We would recommend that you audit your email security and passwords as someone may have had access to your email to leave this review on your behalf. Whilst I enjoyed browsing products in the EOFY sale, I did have a couple of questions and found a CSO to ask. On my approach, the CSO moved away, apparently busy with other aspects of the business. This happened with the same CSO 3 times. So my questions remained unanswered and products I might have bought remained on the shelves.

The molded eraser didn't work The charcoal pencils keep breaking

Hi Vanessa, these pencils need to be knife sharpened. Regular pencil sharpeners are not recommended in this case as the twisting action causes them to chip and break. 5 stars would have be my preference for you had my order CH 125560525AU arrived when I received an email to say it had. I'm still waiting in case there's been a slight hitch re delay. This is the second time I have had this experience with delivery so I've alerted your customers' sevice department. Thank you in anticipation of your attention to this matter.
