Totally unresponsible and none care about the customer. I've ordered a gift for a child party. It was collection next day after 5 pm, the party was at 6 pm same day. No product arrived in Asda store, no help from staff in store (they say traffic and we can't help you), no help over the phone (they said we can't contact the store we will call you soon, but they never called). In the end, we went to the party without the gift and with two hours delay. Product arrived on next day after the party (should be really bad traffic) and after all this, they send me a feedback form to say how satisfied I am with their services. I write them complaint before two days but no one answers me. Zero care about customer!!!

Awful customer service, 4 hours on the phone charged at full rate to the phillapines , that’s where there customer service is. Would never order anything from them again. My order was arranged and then cancelled and I wasn’t told until 10 o’clock on the day, offered £30 compensation, don’t use this website it’s awful

The delivery was meant to arrive on Tuesday. The courier sent a message and email saying they had missed me. That was completely incorrect, as I had been at home all the time waiting for my parcel. I ran downstairs and there was no calling card. None of my neighbors had been given the parcel. So I called Customer Services and they apologized, removed the delivery charge and promised me it would be at my address the following day. I told them I work afternoons and evenings, so they promised me it would be delivered during the morning. Next dsay, same story. The courier never came and they said they would come later during the day (when I am not at home), or they will try again the next day. So this is me waiting at home all day for at least 3 days to get a parcel. Not nice. I will never buy from George.com or the store again and will tell everyone about their lack of trust.

Placed order and received email saying items cancelled as out of stock. Went to store and bought them instead definately not out of stock. Called to cancel the home delivery 12 hrs before arrival but told they had no contact with the driver but should turn the order away at the door. 4 weeks later money for delivery £35 taken out of my bank! No explanation took over 1 wk to refund. Never again total waste if time and money for phone calls.

I ordered a cot with next day delivery costing an extra £4.50. Never received the item and Asda customer services have so far been no help in getting my item to me or sorting the problem. Their idea of fixing it was to refund my £4.50 and tell me it will be delivered as soon as they can. Such a shame Asda use a poor courier service such as yodel and won’t agree to have the item delivered to store. Really disappointed in the service and the fact I keep getting sent in circles. It would definitely put me off using the Asda direct website again if they continue to use yodel as their courier.

Placed an order and chosen date of delivery along by paying £4.99 for the chosen day waited till 10p.m nothing turned up phoned customer service and cancelled the order very disappointed with the service will never order again.Not trustworthy and reliable service.

I placed an order to be delivered next day. I paid the additional fee so I would get it. I have now been told that I won't receive my order for another 3 days because they didn't pass it onto the courier until too late. I am not happy! This isn't the first time this has happened this has happened with asda and somebody needs to sort their staff out. I will not be ordering from asda again. And I suggest that if someone wants something next day, then you consider shopping elsewhere. I do not expect to spend £100 plus delivery in a store to be fobbed off over the phone.

Day of the dead costume is so small brought one last year perfect this year stitching material nasty cheaply made not good get a gripe ASDA youve let yourself down this year reading by reviews and friends that have brought outfits you have let us all down cheap nasty

Ceramic kitchen items arrived smashed to pieces as so poorly packaged and no fragile sticker on box. Wanted to return a rug and had to ring up to arrange courier collection,spoke to 6 different people all with strong indian accents.Had a ridiculous time trying to get across what i needed help with and eventually gave up. My advice is buy from store and not online.

Order a patio set in June,the table was damaged, so e-mailed and asked for a replacement table but someone had to come out to see if it could be repaired!! So 5 weeks later a man came round to tell us what we already knew that the table was unrepairable, I asked what happen now, he said asda will contact you but they didn't so I e-mailed them to find out what was happening, they offer 15% off the set which works out 40.00. I said I would not be able to get a replacement for that, there response is send it all back, but in the original packaging which after 7weeks we no longer have, still not resolved,

I bought a present for my daughter's birthday (June 17th) from George at Asda two weeks ago. It's still not arrived! >:-( I emailed asking where it was on Thursday last week and was promised they'd expedite delivery, five days later I'm still waiting and haven't even received an email to let me know when my item will be posted.

I waited 7wks for delivery of 1 armchair only to receive 2 in the wrong colour. Was then told I'd have to wait another 7wks for the right one. I declined. Not happy

Absolute Nightmare Ordered nearly £800 worth of wardrobe sliding doors. One was faulty. Rang customer service and emailed photo of damage. Followed up 2 days later. They had no record of my previous call. Followed up again the following day, again had to repeat my request for a replacement. They had no record. Asked where the 'adviser' was based and she said in The Phillipines. She later transferred me to a UK call centre - 15 minutes on hold then adviser disappeared mid-sentence (I was polite, not rude at all). Contacted HOMEDECOR in Sheffield as apparently they are the supplier to George. Not sure if they will resolve the problem. Why a company as well known as ASDA think this is acceptable is beyond me!

Ordered garden furniture, given delivery date and notified by arrowXl of delivery time and tracking... Order didn't arrive, contacted arrow who said they didn't have the goods, despite them being shown on the tracking. Contacted George CS and was informed order hadn't been processed, delivery cost refunded and I was informed they would contact me later that day....didn't happen! Rang again and was told they still hadn't heard from the supplier, apparently they don't have the ability to contact the supplier to find anything out or to arrange a delivery date! Told I should just wait and see if it turns up!!! I stated this wasn't a satisfactory solution and was just told that I could cancel the order. I would actually like to get the goods that they have already taken payment for and as I've already had to cancel and reorder once already because of an issue I'm beginning to think that George/asda aren't really bothered about retaining custom. The only consistent answer they give is to cancel your order. I wait in hope!!!

Took our money and never delivered our garden furniture Asda blaming courier and courier blaming Asda someone cancelled the order but kept our money. No one had decency to call us with a reason still have not got reason as they both blame one another. Will never use Asda again what a waste of our time. Rubbish customer service.

My wife tried to order a simple Duvet with matching pillow cases on line - simple's - NO, OH NO Put our post code in and the site showed our address, then when tried to finish the order was told that the address was wrong. Also would not recognize my wife's card details. [ She used to work in a Bank so knows what she is doing !] She then called the call center and tried to explain the situation to no fewer than 5 foreign workers who could barely speak or understand English to no avail [ 45 minutes]. I then tried and after 20 minutes using a false address managed to place an order. Went to collect the order from store in Queens Ferry Flintshire and found that the pillow cases were missing. The store staff refused to call George and help. Returned home, called the customer services to get the missing items sent but was told that we HAD TO RE-ORDER and return the the original items and PAY IN FULL for the new items. Returned to the store to return the original items and collect the new but was told by a surly member of staff that she would not take back the faulty items. In the mean time we received an email from George that was misspelled and had diction that a 2 year old would blanch at. Will we buy from Asda or George again? NO NO NO

Ordered goods with a 10 delivery. On the evening of advised delivery day there was no delivery so I phoned George.com and spoke to someone in India I believe. He couldn't help as Yodel had closed so I went to yodel site to track parcel with the info given me. I was astounded to find it had been delivered---to Scotland--I live in South Wales. Calls to George.com the following Monday(3 days later) eventually sorted out the problem and I have now been given new delivery date and wait with great anticipation. If I didn't have access to a computer I would still be in the dark as to where my parcel was as George had it delivered. Needless to say, I won't be buying from George.com again. Why can't the contact centre be in UK?

I love the heading, "sorry to hear you had a bad experience"... in 9 weeks since order was placed and PAID FOR there has been NO experience!! The store John Lewis boasts "... order now (settee) guarantee delivered in time for Christmas".... If John Lewis can guarantee this, why not Asda? In fact how do you get an order from George at Asda delivered before Christmas? We are still awaiting delivery after placing a chair order on line in mid October. You were quick enough to take the money, where is the chair? It is now mid December and each day it is a battle to (1) get through to Asda (2) find somebody who has English as a first language, who knows what is happening and can communicate the information, or (3) is capable of finding out and confirming WHEN delivery MIGHT TAKE place. The assistant just keeps saying "it will be escalated"!! what does "escalated" mean, should it not be "expedited"! With just over a week left to Christmas it looks like ours will be ruined.. thanks to Asda. We will NEVER shop with George at Asda again and will ensure friends are warned about terrible service... Dreadful customer service... told order RETURNED to DISTRIBUTORS from WAREHOUSE as left there "too long". Can anybody help? or does anyone know how to get on to Managing Director or any one in authority to sort this out?
