Ordered a Christmas tree and decorations and was advised the order would be split into two separate deliveries, the decorations and the tree. The decorations arrived via Yodel last Tuesday and I was advised the tree should be delivered by the 22nd November. It did not arrive I checked all my texts and E-mails and a text from My Hermes telling me the tree had been delivered and left in an outbuilding, there was no photo on the tracking sheet of this outbuilding, that would be because my house is semi detached and their is no outbuilding, also my daughter was home all day on Wednesday 20th and no one knocked at the door. Asda have said they will speak to the Courier as they need to get someone to accept responsibility for the missing parcel before I can get a refund. It’s very frustrating, I have spoken to them 3 times now and on the first two occasions my calls were taken by call handlers who could barely speak English and they had strong foreign accents!

Bought some brandy butter mince pies on 17th nov , while eating one found piece of hard blue plastic in it . Emailed customer services next day as of yet four days later no response . Maybe a product recall or batch recall may be an idea in case some else eats any plastic it or gets it stuck in their throat if it’s a small child .

Ordered my groceries online amd waited 3 hours. No delivery and no update on app of delivery status. Due to being a Sunday, customer services closed at 10pm. Rang this morning and couldn't give me a reason why delivery didn't happen. Apology didn't seem genuine, felt like she was reading off a script as she kept repeating herself. Worst thing is, this is the second time this has happened!! Worst delivery service I've ever (tried to) use!

I would give 0 star. Awful service! I ordered 4 chairs. Paid extra for next day delivery service for Saturday. I took an off day to be able to receive it. I got from yodel 3 messages that my items are on the way. Nothing all day. No tracking number even sent to me! 9 pm I called customer service. I ask about the tracking number. The person gave me the numbers and also told me that the chairs will be delivered on Monday. How is possible? So I should take another day off to able to receive my items? I am just loosing with you guys! Made me so angry and mad because I really liked that chairs but I just cancelled the order. Rip off your time and money only!!! Customer service person didn't even offered for me a voucher, nothing. Not happy at all! Be careful with them! Even the person on the phone told me that they knew about this and they will advice for customers to do not order for the weekend delivery service... really? When? Just zero stars...

BEWARE of online returns with George Clothing. Should you ever need to return clothing you have ordered online & complete online return to be via store, make sure you always fully check your return refund confirmation that full amount of goods returned is being refunded. 3 times in the past 6 months when I have had to return 3 or 4 items from a large order due to unsuitability, 1 item included in the return has not been refunded automatically & I have had to contact them to rectify the issue. To happen once is questionable, but 3 times is totally unacceptable as it also is a highest priced item that has not been refunded. Policy here is fully check your refund amount to what you have actually returned. Under NO DOUBT, I am the only customer being “tucked up” in this way.

Trying get a refund now is been a week from an order which they didn't delivery also any expiation gave me. It's a hard work to get things solved there.

am disgusted in asda they sent me a table and chairs in june. The chairs and parasol are badly damaged and dangerous. The chairs have all got holes in and the one chair is completely broken and the parasol bars are stuck together and are really sharp it could cut your hand open. So the parasol won't even go up the full way. I've sent Asdas resolution team the photos and they have said we can only offer you 25% refund even though I've sent pictures of it the item. Asda don't care about the safety of children I told them one of the chairs completely ripped with my child sitting on it (his two) and my child fell on the floor the chair shouldn't of done that and they didn't even care still offered 25%. They said return the table, and we will think about a full refund. I've said I'm a single mom just come out of hospital from a stomach operation so if I try dismantle a heavy glass table by myself my stitches could burst and that could be life threatening. They also said the item would need to be packaged.. Bare in mind this is a big glass table I bought in june.. How would I have packaging for this? The man from the resolution team at asda then said well I'm all out of options. They sold me a faulty item that could of seriously hurt my two year old. You will be hearing from my lawyer

I warn you all do NOT order from Asda, your product will not arrive. it has been 10 days since my item was meant to arrive. Asda and Yodel have not once reached out to me to inform me of the issue. after paying over £2 for delivery i would expect it to arrive at the right time. i find this service unacceptable and very disappointing. this was an important item that i ordered ahead of time to give way to delays (never expected a 10 day delay) to give to my daughter before she went back to uni after a visit. she has now had to return to uni without this item. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIEVED.

I ordered a blind from george home online when it came it had to be cut to size before I could put it up, once it was cut I put it up then realising the mechanism doesnt work (you wouldnt know this until you put it up) I contacted customer service however they was extremely unhelpful and told me because I had cut the blind they couldnt do anything about it.. I didnt want the blind replaced just the mechanism. I wouldnt recommend at all, quality of product is rubbish and they're customer service is awful. Wont be ordering from them again!

Terrible customer services, waited 3 weeks for a refund that I still haven't received. I have had to call 3 times to chase and was promised by a manager that I would receive a call back which I never received. Would never shop with George again. Have called again today to be sat on hold for over 10 minutes. completely unacceptable. I am still also waiting for confirmation on another item I have sent back which I'm sure I will have to chase again for my refund.

I ordered a patio set to be delivered today 1st july , I’ve waited since 7am until I decided to give them a call only to be told the item has not left the courier warehouse and I will have to wait 24-48 hours for delivery .this is the worst experience I have had with deliveries and most definitely would not order from Asda George again online. I have been offered a total refund so that’s some consolation.its a shame I can’t put a no star review .they defo need to up their game

I did my grocery shopping online, selected the date/time slot for delivery, got my confirmation etc etc. The day off, 45mins before the delivery was due i receive a message reading "We are sorry - we have cancelled your order. For more info & help to rebook visit the website". I will NEVER use their online services again!

I am not impressed having purchased a microwave online. It arrived with a dent in it and I have been trying to get it collected and sent back every time I ring up. I get told they have contacted the persons direct and that someone will ring me with time for collection and no one does. I have had to purchase elsewhere and unsure how to proceed to get my refund.

Order and pay next day delivery for a bbq. Payment on 29.05 to received on 31.05 a bbq for a party on Saturday. In the delivery day I received a email to notify my a delay in dispatch. I called the customer service and them said 24 h delay because of suplier ( when I paid I see the product in stock not at suplier stock) . Wasn't a problem 24 h but next day when I called them didn't have a answer about the dispatch time. I blocked my money for a week at George just to go to buy from another place to solve my problem. Now I hope to be refunded because I cancel the order not dispatched but I need to wait to have my money back. Thank you ASDA GEORGE

I ordered some items from George at Asda for next day delivery, they did not arrive, when I called the said they would be here in 24 hours making it now a 2 day delivery only to be told it would be ANOTHER 24 hours making it 3 days after I had paid for a next day. The customer service give different stories as to why the delivery is late,( it arrived too late, then it’s at the wrong depot ...etc) they just keep going over the same script, it’s so frustrating nothing is done to help, it would have been better for them to reorder the items. As it stands I do not have the goods, but they have my money which I will not get back for 3-5 days, so I cannot even get my items elsewhere.

Normally I love George clothing and buy frequently but this season the clothes are awful. Very outdated grandma type look on a lot of tops and dresses. Sorry but this time I will be avoiding the clothes.

If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would. The most basic thing you want is your order to be delivered, they couldn't do that right as they lost parcel. They didn't inform me of this I had to chase them to find this out

I received a confirmation from Paypal that my on-line order had gone through but no email confirmation from Asda George. Negotiating a customer recorded message service maze, I eventually spoke to a human who initially insisted that the order hadn't been processed. They agreed to look into it, when I provided the Paypal transaction number, and phone me back. No surprises, two days later I had to chase customer service again. Again I was told my order hadn't been processed. I persisted and did receive a much more helpful response. They managed to trace my order but the collection time had expired. They tried to contact the stall and hopefully will extend the collection time to Mon. Fingers crossed otherwise I guess I'll be phoning again! Thanks to the most recent member of staff for being helpful . But the rest of the online / customer service - Not impressed.

Great selection of good quality items, love the bedding and so do my big family, got some great animal duvet sets, towels are great quality and reasonably priced, the clothes from George are amazing, always Shop here and always find what I am looking for, could not cope without the wonderful George range!

What an absolute joke!! Had to chase my order to find out it's "lost". Had to speak to 3 customer service members that all said they will ring me back and didn't. On the phone for nearly an hour. Terrible customer service. Still no clothes for my son starting nursery that I needed. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. The maximum gesture is £15 because is based on how much I spent !! Not the fact I've spent hous on the phone. Queued to see if my items have reach the store. Will not be using Asda again!!!
