Booked an appointment for 4 new tyres online and paid in full over £1000. I arrived at the appointed fitting centre on the day and they had no record of me at all. They went to check if the tyres had in fact arrived and they hadn’t. The fitting company called Asda Tyres and they were told the tyres were out of stock. When asked why the customer (me) had not been informed of this, the Asda tyres worker gave a lot of attitude. I was put on the phone after 10 minutes and they told me the tyres had never been in stock and I had to choose another model to be fitted on another day. I refused and told them to refund me. Wasted my time and the time of the fitting shop. Dreadful service.

Just to echo the sentiments of virtually every other review here, dealing with this company is just a thoroughly miserable experience from start to finish. It is now more than four months since I first raised the issue of a defective three-month-old tyre and still they cannot tell me when this will be resolved. They can take 30 minutes to answer the phone, routinely ignore emails and are full of empty promises. One operator even claimed he had no possible way of contacting his own line manager - not even via a Post It note pinned to his desk even though they worked out of the same office. This has little or nothing to do with Asda the supermarket chain, it's just a licensed tinpot company working out of Stockton On Tees that is simply crumbling under the strain of the job. Do not, whatever you do, choose Asda Tyres - pay the extra 10 per cent to use your local fitter who at least offers a little peace of mind.

Customer service is non existent. Avoid this company. Have sent emails nobody ever responds. Have tried phoning over 40 times nobody ever answers the phone. Simply useless.

Used on line mobile fitting service with Asda, given date , told to contact fitter for time on date, did so was told he would phone on morning of fitting , never heard from him , phoned Asda after three times of trying, Was told fitter broke arm . that is why they never got round to me, next after another number of attempts to get through , emailed them , eventually got a reply stating it was a arm on the fitting machine that was broken not the fitters arm, then informed it would be the middle of January before fitting could take place, cancelled the tyres , ,, it is truly the worst company in my life to deal ill cant get my money back ,PayPal is now trying but being ignored by Asda, , I think i will contact Police as this is a case of fraud, taking your money .,not delivering the goods .or returning your money, Prospective customers Please dont use this company,

Can I give zero stars, as that was my experience with asda tyres, what a diabolical service, tyres never arrived twice, costing me money having to take time of work to have them fitted, refund never arrived leaving me over 800 pounds down with no car. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Ordered tyres on Wednesday, with a fitting date on Friday 10:30 through Asda tyres. Got an email confirmation. Went to the fitters Friday 10:25, fitter shrugged his shoulders and said “I know nothing about this and the tyres haven’t been delivered. If they get delivered I’ll call your mobile if it’s on the order, but just go home and give Asda tyres a call”. Asda tyres account wasn’t working, saying I needed to register my email, but when I register it said it wasn’t activated but already existed, when I asked to send the activation link I again it said an error had occurred. Activation email just took me to the login screen again and repeated what I’ve just said. First call no answer after 20mins, email sent (no reply). Twitter DM sent to Asda customer services (no reply) second call no answer. Third call Liam answered after 15mins, very polite, very apologetic about the telephone wait, apologetic to my situation, looked into my order and said unfortunately there was a message off their supplier saying the tyre was out of stock. They could book another tyre to be fitted but it would be after Christmas, or he could refund. I chose to refund. Checked my email inbox again and found only the order confirmation, nothing from Asda tyres to say my order was out of stock. 40mins of driving to the fitter and back wasted. I would not recommend Asda tyres to anybody.

Like many other reviews Asda have let me down and I cannot believe how bad they are. Ordered a tyre thru Asda Tyres and booked it in, attended and fitter says his diary full and can’t do it for a week. Foolishly this is the second time Asda Tyres have done this and on both occasions Asda tyres made no attempt to communicate that the fitter couldn’t honour the appt. The tyre was urgent so I called a local independent who fitted me in that day, the cost was a few pounds more but I received proper service. Regarding the refund the tyre was ordered on the 10th, cancelled on the 12th and refund of payment still not received 10 days later. I called and was put on hold for 30 mins on the 22nd to be advised payment will still take 72 hours. Emailed customer services on 23rd to lodge formal complaint and they advised will still be 72 hours. Terrible service for such a simple process.

My experience with Asda tyres was appalling. First appointment they contacted me the night before by email to tell me it was cancelled, they then made a second appointment which I drove to in the snow only for the tyres not to have turned up at the fitters. Each time I have struggled to get through on the phone to them, often waiting over 40 mins on hold. Eventually took me several emails and calls and about to 2 weeks to get my money refunded. Couldnt really call my interaction with them a service, more of an inconvenience and a cost for nothing. They are very quick to take your money for a service that they have no chance of fulfilling. Then very difficult to get your money back. I will never be using them again.

No tyres arrived to be put on my car had to arrange for other tyres at a extra £180, have tried for 5 days to get someone to sort this out email, support horus on the phone and twitter. Next stop trading standards!!! Avoid at all costs

1 week later no tyre and tried to call, on "hold" for over an hour each time, email Asda and they keep directing you back to Asda Tyres!!!!

Avoid at all cost!!! - If you respect your time, money and energy then read on... TWICE I went to get my tyres fitted and TWICE I left empty-handed with no tyres! First appointment: 2 out of 4 tyres delivered. Called customer service for the other 2, and another day was promised as completion day. Second appointment: 3 out of 4 tyres delivered. I have requested a cancel of my order and the estimate to recover my money is 14 working days. Avoid at all cost !!!

Avoid at all cost Same as others attend fitters no tyres been delivered. Spend over 1 hour on hold just for someone to end call. Sent email for urgent contact hours later still nothing. If you valve your time and money just ask local fitters for best price.

OVER ONE YEAR COMPLAINING AFTER SENDING AVON TYRE BACK TO MANUFACTURE AS IT WAS PERISHED. THIS WAS POINTED OUT ON CAR TEST. THE TYRE WAS ONLY TEN MONTHS OLD I TOOk IT BACK TO WHERE IT WAS FITTED THEY AGREED IT WAS NOT RiGHT. ASDA AGREED TO SEND IT BACK. THEY DO NOT ANSWER OUR EMAILS.

Terrible experience, urgent tyre required but told on day of fitting the equipment was broken so couldn't do job. Now unable to get any response for refund. Be aware that Asda just lend their name to this, they do not do anything as Colewood Automotive are the company you have a contract with and they sub the job out to other garages.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE - If you respect your time, money and energy then read on... TWICE I went to get my tyres fitted and TWICE I left empty-handed with no tyres! First appointment - Despite putting in my reg and my car being recognised, their website had showed me a selection of tyres that don't even fit my car resulting in me purchasing the wrong tyres. After speaking to customer service they said their website does this all the time! Second appointment - The tyres I ordered didn't even turn up for my appointment! The garage 'F1 Autocentre' in Dartford had no clue of my order and said this thing "happens all the time" with Asda Tyres. After reaching out to Asda tyres for compensation I was promised a £20 gift voucher, well guess what... They are now completely blanking me and not responding to my emails to get this voucher now for 2 weeks. THE MOST ABYSMAL AND TIME-WASTING SERVICE FOR WHAT SHOULD BE A VERY VERY EASY TYRE CHANGE. GO TO YOUR LOCAL - DON'T GIVE THESE MORONS TIME OF DAY. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

They really need a zero star rating! Ordered a trye to be fitted at our local tyre fitting centre, took time off work twice & both times the tyre wasn't there. Still waiting for a refund from Ada Tyres after weeks - so i'm now having to issue County Court proceedings. Just avoid them at all costs....unless you want a massive headache..

Booked fitting on line as tyres shown available next day after booking was given a date four day later. Had to cancel order and ask for refund but after three weeks no refund even after emailing and calling them on four occasions and being promised it had been done still no refund

I buy tires on average once a year, I have not experienced such bad service in the last 10 years, Absolutely do not waste your money on Asda tires! No matter how good price was on the computer screen.

Best stay well clear of Asda tyres. They don't provide or fit the tyres and take no liability when their suppliers or fitters don't perform. I have attended 2 tyre fitting appointments and both times the tyres were not there. Worse still I was never notified. Now my car MOT has now run out and I have no transport because I needed 2 tyres. I have been left having to hire a car until I can get tyres elsewhere and have had to take another day off work to have the tyres fitted and the MOT done.More £££££ lost than I would have ever saved . Do yourself a huge favour use somewhere else
