The saving on the tyres was substantial, the arranged fitting time 0830 to 0930 was accurate and staff at the centre were polite, friendly and very efficient. Would definitely use tge service again.”

I opted for the 2 wheel alignment option at £29.99 having replaced 2 tyres. Audi offered at 4 wheel alignment at £400! Sorry but do one Audi!
I stupidly thought I knew the exact tyre specs and ordered the wrong tyre. Thankfully when I called Asda Tyres, to make a last minute change to the type upon realisation of my mistake, I had only one telephone option to go through to speak to a human. Furthermore that human was the angelic Emily who delivered world class customer service. Emily is an absolute testament to your company and knows how to look after a customer, especial one in a panic having spent a few hundred quid on the wrong tyres! She resolved my issue in a matter of minutes with a great deal of patience.
