Misleading promotion for £50 vouchers. I confirmed the £50 voucher by email after buying the tyres, asking when I will get the £50 vouchers. They didn't refute my claim. Turns out conditions attached even though voucher says BG50. So only £10 voucher given. This is back street car type deal. I stay clear of these people so didn't expect a big name to sink to their level. Avoid.”
“Absolutely terrible company. Order tyres to be fitted Saturday. I get a call from fitter saying the can no longer facilitate my booking. So I ring Asda to sort this out and they just refused to help in any way possible. Sent me a refund that I might receive NEXT WEEK. So now I have no tyres and no money to buy elsewhere. “Appointment made via Asda Tyres for a next day change. Arrived at garage to find that tyres hadn't been delivered and when I and the garage rang Asda Tyres the line rang out. No apology or explanation from Asda Tyres just an email to confirm that they subsequently cancelled my order (as I requested via email).”
“I ordered Two tyres to be fitted at 5pm to 6pm as had to be at work by 7.30pm had a no show so went to work. I then got a call at about 22:45 by the fitter to tell me he was on his way, I informed him that I was not there and the tyres were not being fitted on my driveway at nearly midnight, he was very insistent so I had to get very abrupt with him.
I then cancelled my order as i needed the tyres urgently and they informed me that i would get a full refund for my order and this would take about 6 days after 6 days I got paid back for 1 tyre and not both.
All the way along you can not actually talk to a human if you want to complain or have an issue with their service, I have asked to be called back but with no avail.
I will never be ordering tyres from ASDA again and as a business suggestion please hope they stick with groceries from now on.”
“Booked tyres online with asda and turned up to garage to have them fitted. But NO tyres delivered from asda to the garage. Rang asda to be told tyres should of been delivered on the 27-03-24. I had to chase up asda about this because I have had no communication from them at all there customer is appalling ended up cancelling order and been told 5/6 days for a refund. Order 4x new tyres payment taken placed on 13th March 3024 for fitment on the 15th Mar to be told stock issues and would have to wait a few days for delivery to fitter garage, I did wait so ok. Turn up at the garage on new appointment date & time and surprise!!! No tyres delivered at to local garage, they didn't receive delivery or knew where they were. Had to cancel the order and use the garages stocked tyres. Phoned Asda to cancel the order to get a refund, so now cost £660 until I get a refund from Asda tyres... What a complete Joke”
“Ordered 2 pirelli tyres for fitting seven days later. The money is paid instantly but 2 hours later I receive a message to say that due to lack of stock would I like to choose another product.
The ones I ordered were competitively
priced but the alternatives were not. Smells fishy to me that so I request a refund but the refund takes up to 7 days to process so now I must pay again elsewhere while this shower hold on to my refund for a week.
To add insult to injury when I said to their representative that I'd like to complain he told me that I couldn't complain I could only send feedback”
“Very poor service when I got on the site to order my tyres on the 14th It said next day delivery, I then got an email that said delivery and fitting would be Friday the 16th. This didn’t fit my plans, as I was away on the 16th as I had the car booked on a ferry. I tried calling Asda tyres as soon as I got the email but no answer just a recorded message,I couldn’t talk to a human that I find very frustrating. I went straight to the garage as soon as I got the email, cancelling what I was doing Wednesday the 14 th when I got to Just tyres they changed my booking. I turned up today, and guess what!! No tyres had been delivered! I had to cancel my order and purchase some more expensive tyres. My point is, I wouldn’t have used Asda tyres if they couldn’t get the tyres. To top it off the garage didn’t have the right equipment to heat up the nuts for the adjustment. So I couldn’t have that done either my ref ASD865472KWA”

“This is the worst tyre service you can get, there customer service is also diabolical & they're attitude stinks. The company Colewood Automotive are exactly the same, contempt from both company's ,as we can see with no response from complaints.
I ordered & paid for the tyres, they showed in stock, but lest than 2 hrs before fitting I got a call informing me they have got the tyres at the fitting centre. Contacted Asda & Colewood, guess what, absolutely useless and no call back. These companies need to be exposed.”

This is a waste of time as in this case the fitter did not answer any calls. I am still waiting for my money back 1 week after cancelling and getti g a much better service from Tyres on The Drive. “I ordered 2 tyres for fitting to the front wheels of my car, on arriving back home I noticed damage to the sill on the o/side.
The fitter had jacked the car in the wrong place and had caused £600 of damage.
E-mails to Asda tyres went unanswered and when I phoned them was told they had no responsibility for this according to their terms and conditions which I had accepted by pressing the buy it now button.

Booked in to get my tyres replaced and the fitting company called on the day of the appointment to say that Asda booked my slot in without first confirming availability and they didn't have slots available until next week.
I called Asda Tyres to explain and the guy on the phone got upset about asking for a solution, cancelled my order and hung up the phone without any solution. I called back and was told that nothing could be done after I had cancelled and that the booking was my mistake according to their notes from the previous call - a clear lie to save his back. To top it all off, up to 6 days refund for something that was never put through!
Asda - Great for groceries, wouldn't trust them with my tyres again, stay clear.”
“Very Dissapointed in ASDA Tyres. Booked in with them to have a new Tyre FItted on the 24th of November and I'm still without a Working Tyre Over a week Later.
They sent out a Man from "1st 4 Tyres" Who Installed my New Tyre within 10 Minutes and then he was gone. At first I thought great, job completed quickly with No Problems, How WRONG was I. Went outside the next day to use my Car and the Tyre was completely Flat. Knowing I had an Electric Pump I refilled the tyre with air, which immediately started to deflate. The air was pouring out of the Valve as it was clearly faulty.
So I tried to contact the Man from "1st 4 Tyres"
Surprisingly he wouldn't answer My Calls. After trying all day eventually he sent me a txt saying to txt him and not call as he doesn't work weekends. I explained the issue and he informed me that he thought it may have been the seal but he needed to order some new sealent( what sort of Tyre Fitter doesn't have sealent) and I was surprised he hadn't used it in the first place. Anyway I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said OK, I then contacted ASDA Tyres to make them aware of the situation just so that it was recorded, as I felt the fitter was very unprofessional and didn't have much hope he would return. Fast Forward a week later to Friday the 1st of December, Zero contact from the fitter. And I've been without a usable car for over a week. So I recontact ASDA Tyres where I end up speaking to an unpleasant and unproffesional being who I believe was called Kyle/Carl. Who began with questioning why I hadn't contacted the fitter myself like the whole ordeal was my fault, he then said he would contact the fitter and put me on hold. Kyle/Carl comes back and tells me that the fitter will contact me today, I say that even if he was to contact me that still leaves me without a car over the weekend and if he doesn't contact me by the end of the day what am I meant to do, I also explain to Kyle/Carl that I believe that the valve on the tyre is broken because the air is coming out of the valve and missing sealant is only part of the problem.. Karl/Carl From ASDA Tyres then starts to question how I would know that air is escaping from the valve as I'm not a tyre Fitter or mechanic, to which I explained that the reason I know is because I can physically feel air coming out of the Valve. Carl/Kyle from ASDA Tyres doesn't like this so he decides to hang up on me!! Thanks ASDA Tyres, Very professional... so I decide "OK I will call 1st 4 Tyres" Surprise surprise the Fitter won't answer my calls and keeps hanging up the phone on me, eventually he texts me to say txt him. So I ask if he is coming to fix my tyre today. His reply is No will be Middle/end of next week as he is still waiting for Sealent!!! So Potentially 2 WEEKS without a Usable Car, if he even actually would bother to turn up ( I doubt it). So I call ASDA Tyres to explain What he has said because by this point all I want is my Money back or to have them book me in with another Garage to actually get the work done. Well lucky me!! Upon calling ASDA Tyres Carl/Kyle answers the phone again and immediately hangs up.... so here I am over £60 down with a tyre I can't use and ASDA Tyres unwilling to help. So a Friend lends me his spare wheel so I can book in with a Proffessional garage and get the work done. So we take the wheel off and it's revealed that the fitter hasn't even rebalanced the wheel as he had taken off the weights and the wheel now has zero weights on it. Completely unprofessional service from ASDA Tyres and their Sub Contractors. I for one will never ever use ASDA Tyres again as they are completely 100% unprofessional with their customer service and are happy to use what can only be described as Cowboys to get their work done. ASDA Tyres should be Ashamed!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!”
