Ordered two tyres for my car but changed my mind as i found them cheaper elsewhere, cancelled within 2 hours however they still took payment. Called them to ask how long the refund would be and they said simply that the terms and conditions state 14 days as per the contract. Disgusting service, extremely poor attitude on the phone, agent acted like she didnt give a toss about the issue and even denied having a complaints department (which it clearly states on your website). Why would a company take your money before the tyres are even fitted and in the event you cancel, make you wait 14 (working) days for a refund in this day and age is beyond me. I will never buy tyres from ASDA again and will tell everybody about your rubbish service.

Booked in with asda as they claimed they could fit the tyres. Turned up at the garage after taking time out of work to find I was not even booked in although I had the order confirmation. I was then told to come back the next day. Tyres could not be fitted. Very Dissappointed with the lack of customer service and I am still waiting for my refund from 2 weeks ago. Will not be using them ever again.

Asda should stick to supermarkets. Took a day off to have tyre fitted at my chosen fitter. turned up to have the tyre done. waited about 30 mins and the fitters came to say they only recieve an email of the job hence why they told me to wait then when looking for the tyre it was no there and hadn't been delivered. i then went into my emails to find an email the evening before the appointment saying they had no stock although i made the purchase 4 days prior. i called into their customer service who simply put it " well you were notified" i said but it was less than 24 hours notice and if i had known earlier i could have cancelled my day off to which i was told "you were notified" i was then told i can pay in more for a different tyre and a new appointment would be made for another day or i could cancel. for a first time customer i was shocked at how i was treated. As a sales manager, if my sales staff treated any customers in this manor there would be disciplinary action taken. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. STAY AWAY FROM ASDA TYRES!!!!!

I went to the website and clicked mobile fitting as I had two flat tyres. At no point did I ever request a service that was not mobile fitting. The website directs you to a page that displays much info about mobile fitting. You are then directed to enter postcode, registration, select tyres and then you get a list of suppliers. There is nothing to inform you that what you might be seeing are NOT mobile fitters, the information returned is based on your selections. However all but one service was NOT mobile fitting. I contacted Asda to express my disatisfaction. The Rep, said it was my fault, I selected a non-mobile service, I should know that unless it says it is a mobile fitting service then it is not. This is despite the user having selected mobile fitting from the outset. At no point does it say returned results are not mobile. The rep tried to claim there was a yellow banner showing clearly when the service is mobile. There is not. I had to walk him through the site before he realised how easy it was to get the wrong results. I was left without my car for an extra 48 hours. They could have just booked in the correct service but at an extra £20 charge. They refused to drop this extra charge and even wanted to charge an extra £5 for correcting it within 24 hrs. The service is disgusting, incompetent, heartless and deceitful to the extreme. A very, very upsetting experience and they simply don't care. Just avoid, avoid avoid. The worst customer service you could possibly experience. UPDATE: Quite incredibly, I receive another email from Asda Tyres 30 mins after the initial conversation. This time to inform me that the tyres I selected would not be available from the corrct mobile fitter - this is the mobile fitter that appeared FIRST on the list of six or seven options, the only one that is in fact a mobile fitter. The only tyres they can supply are an additional £15 each. I spoke to a second rep, (it takes roughly 20 - 30 mins per time to contact them) This guy kept insisting I had not ordered mobile fitting. I asked him to stop repeating this lie as I had walked his colleague through the website process and I HAD selected mobile fitting. He had the audacity to repeat this lie to me twice more. How many times do you call a customer service department and expect blatant lies to be fed back you repeatedly? I have mentioned that I would take this appalling service standard further to which he told me they weren't regulated by any Ombudsman. The level of offence caused by these people is indescribable. I have eventually asked for a refund. It will take up to 5 working days to get my money back. So quick to take your money, so slow to refund it. Please, if you value your health, just stay away from them. What is the point on judging a company by what goes ok for people? The test of a service is how they act, respond and even talk directly to you when things do not go well. Considering this is caused by their own misleading, incorrect, poorly designed online service makes it all the more galling. I am at a loss to understand how on earth they sleep at night. Choose anyone but these offensive people for the sake of your own stress levels. FURTHER UPDATE: rather than address any of the issues, Asda requested I remove the first names of the reps involved. One of these names is already mentioned in another 1 star review by another reviewer, so the policy is clearly to (inconsistently) protect the welfare of staff involved in previous complaints before showing consideration for poorly treated customers.

Ordered tyres. Turned up for them to be fitted. Tyres hadn't been delivered. I haven't been contacted. Can't get through to customer services. I have paid for tyres that I don't have...

After having previously positive experience, the new tyre failed to arrive at the garage on the day of its fitting. After positive customer service experience, with the fitting booked 24 hours later, the tyre once again was not present at the garage. Unfortunately, I had already driven to the garage with a guarantee that it would be there. This time, the customer service was not great; after calling ASDAtyres to inform them of this failure, I failed to receive an update. Having paid for tyre and after 2 visits to the garage for a fitting, I have been left without any knowledge of what is happening or when this will be fixed.

Very Very poor customer service and shambolic fitting. Had 2 brand new tyres fit last week. Literally drove 30 miles. Tyre pressure drop. Indicating a bad valve or bead. This was the same fault that led to the new tyres in the first place. Contacted Asda. Not a single acknowledgment or reply…. Saturday was driving to work and my locking wheel nut dropped off!! Again poor fitting. Still no reply from asda. So have ended up booking in my car for a safety check to rectify the problem this afternoon. Nb. It’s a shame you can’t rate them 0/5 as it’s not a option.

I ordered 4 x white letter tyres from the Asda website and selected the next available fitting service. On arrival at fitters I was told that no appointment had been made and sent away. Asda said that they had no responsibility for the fitting service and it was my problem. On picking the car up the tyres were a cheaper version without white letters. Asda said that I should read their terms and they do not guarantee the description to be accurate. This is a scam company with no interest in customer service. I am about £100 out of pocket and will now have to complain to the trades description department.

I wouldn't give them a single star, the fitter could not fit the tyre, With their permission I collected it while they were arranging me another fitter (they never arranged the fitter when I reached the second fitter they said they didn't get any instructions from anybody) then later told me because I collected it i will have to pay for the fitting. Customer service is pathetic I won't recommend them.

took the morning off work and turned up. took the tyre off then found out it had not been delivered. Asda unable to say when it will turn up. Following day they still have no idea which is really helpful as I can't move the car. very nice on the phone but the service is really poor. They shouldn't go into this unless they can get you the tyre on time .

Asda failed to inform me that they would not be fitting my tyres on the date stated, instead I had to call them and I was then informed that they had to rearrange to the following day. I work in the emergency services and had completed a night shift and waited up all day for these tyres to be fitted and they couldn’t even be bothered to inform me that it wouldn’t be happening. I now am still with out a car as I have a puncture and they are refusing to refund me. I would never suggest using them to anyone and I definitely won’t be using them in the future

Never use these guys. Utterly useless. They supplied the wrong tyres from an online system that is supposed to match the tyre to your registration number. i followed their online recommendation and spent nearly £500 on 2 tyres from their options with fitting. The tyres were fitted by a back street garage that must have noticed they were the wrong tyre size. They are no help whatsoever claiming the small print on their site excuses their system from any mistakes or liability. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Utterly useless and quite frankly corrupt.

Very bad and rude customer service and won’t deliver the tyre on time and blame the customer for not calling them which has wait time of more than 30 mins.

Disappointed & very Unhappy I am really unhappy from start to End, ASDA is not proper outlet to buy car tyres probably bread and vegetables? 1-I paid about £263.96 for two MICHELIN tyres but looks 2nd hand, threads were 6.5mm to 6.75mm rather it supposed to be 7.5mm to 8mm for new tyres. 2- I shown to workshop person and he said these are not new tyres rather refurbished tyres. It was not my workshop rather ASDA partner workshop where tyres were been changed. When first time he revealed this information I couldn’t get chance to record his statement but after sometimes when he again started explaining things I recorded! I also recorded measurements video at workshop as an evidence. 3- I took appointment in between 5pm to 6pm, I reached at 5:30pm but they refused to change tyres on 04-04-2022, I made another appointment on 08-04-2022, they changed tyres but didn’t do balancing even I requested. Eventually car started shacking and bubbling asap reach speed 60 mph 70mph on motorways. I came back to workshop but workshop was close, I rung next day to workshop and explained situation rather to help me they started to blame me whether I hit tyres somewhere etc ? I explained that right after changing tyres I had to go to test drive and I came back to your shop but your shop was closed, tyres are not hit anywhere! The guy name was HASSAN, he suggest me to email ASDA to send two brand new tyres because tyres are faulty ! I requested him to balance tyres as it has not been balanced but he refused me over the phone. I emailed Asda but due to weekend I could not get reply from ASDA until MONDAY 11-04-2022, three days wasted, but the reply was amazing, it look like ASDA customer support officer was drunk or on n drug after good weekend! I had to email ASDA again to help me and help me what to do ? Please help me ! I am becoming shuttlecock between workshop and ASDA. Anyways I went to workshop after 4 days and explained workshop that Asda wants you to check up tyres please . A GUY name was MOO he did balancing tyres and problem sorted out. I lost 4 days and could not use car for 4 days, why they not bothering for balancing on first place ? Even I chose very high rated ASDA partner workshop in Welling. I got attracted towards ASDA as I was getting offers of vouchers if I buy tyres from ASDA at the end no vouchers, lost my 4 days without car. Got 2nd hand refurbished tyres instead of new tyres with price of new tyres £263.96. Moreover accusation from workshop that I hit tyres somewhere that’s why it’s making problem. Bunch of liars and misleaders in this world. I am really upset and disappointed with ASDA how they sold me 2nd hand tyres with 6.5mm to 6.7mm thread and charged me price for new tyres as well as very poor communication. Ordered a tyre 2 days ago. Went to the fitters today and they said Asdatyres hadn't sent the tyres. Rang up Asdatyres and they said 'sorry for the inconvenience' but it is not our fault as the supplier hadn't told them that the shipment wasn't deliveres. Asked them for any other place to fit my tyre today as I work as a carer and needed my car urgently to get to each of my job locations. They said that I would probably get a time next week. If you want guaranteed and good service then I suggest going to Tyrespro, Just tyres or even Halfords. If they can't fit you in on the same day (and you need the tyres urgently) they will tell you which other locations you would be able to acquire the tyres you need. I should have definitely looked up reviews before going for the cheapest option available.

Ordered two tyres a month in advance - took the car to have them fitted at their nominated garage — got a call an our later to tell me ASDA TYRES had only delivered one. Had to make a number of calls between Stoneacre Rochdale and ASDA tyres to resolve and they were finally fitted another 7 hours later. Really poor service.
