The table came completely broken. I did order from the scratch and dent section, but I don't think you should be selling furniture that's actually broken. Your customer service reps were very kind and helpful, but they only offered to reimburse me for $97 out of the $240 I spent on the table, which is a little steep for a broken table. I would have preferred a new table, but that wasn't an option. Otherwise, I do love the look and quality of the table (had it not been broken).

Item took very long to receive. Company was responsive once I reached out about where my item was, explained it was out of stock and would be there by a certain date. I eventually received item and it works.

An edge was slightly dented when I got it but it fits and does what it needs to do.

The grill arrived disassembled which is fine… but it did not contain instructions. I was able to assemble it by looking at the finished product pictures on the website but it took about an hour to assemble when it could have taken 10 minutes if I had instructions and there were 4 extra pieces that don’t seem to belong to the grill. Hard to tell because of the lack of instructions. There was a QR code to the manual but the there were no assembly instructions in the 3 page manual.

Love the 42" burn bowl and log stand. Not thrilled with Argententian grill, and the need to signup for an account to get access to the manual, not cool. I spent 1k, I should get a printed assembly manual.

The box was completely beat up and busted, and packaging inside box appeared to have been opened. Luckily, the product is a single piece of cast iron, so it was unharmed. Still a fairly poor shipping/delivery experience

The park style grill I ordered is well designed and built. Unfortunately, it was not sturdy enough to survive it's journey to my door. Due to woefully inadequate packaging and some rough handling along the way, my beautiful grill arrived with a huge dent in its side. Suggesion: If you are going to order a grill from Ash & Ember, pay for the shipping insurance. I'm glad I did.

Nice, solid chairs. Quick delivery. Would have been a 5 if they weren’t so difficult to put together. I damaged a few of the pegs before I realized that the pre drilled holes did not line up. I had to assemble the pieces and then drill out every hole on 2 chairs. Even then, several of the pegs bottomed out and split. I had to purchase a flush cut saw to trim the pegs. A lot of effort for an expensive pair of chairs.

We ordered two charcoal grills. The packaging was cheap and fell apart in transit. It resulted in scratched grills.

I didn’t receive the entire order the first time. Spent over an hour and half on phone trying to get missing parts. Finally got it all and live the firepit.

I used to spend $200 to $400 a week with this establishment before it became legal You know the ones that kept you in business the medical patients.. I started using Annapolis about 2 years ago gold leaf they prioritized their medical patients they have curbside service for their medical patients and they offer 15% off daily for their medical patients... Today I decided to give Ash another try and of course was disappointed as always.. I wanted to redeem some points for the pre-roll of course they didn't have any pre-rolls that could be redeemed with my points.. I purchased a cart of course there was no patient label on it no name or my doctor's name and when I tried to call after noticing it within 3 minutes of leaving of course no one ever answers the telephone and the voicemail box is full

Received teak table damaged and it took two phone calls to relay my final desire for the outcome. Still haven’t received finalization however it is the holidays. Hopefully soon I’ll receive a replacement table

Received my order in a timely manner. Looking fwd to using it soon. My issue is that the spit rod was so lodged into the cooker that it was impossible to get it out without drilling the rivets out and having to rebuild the unit. I cut my right hand so badly attempting this that I had to go to the hospital and received many stitches. Jeff Joseph Order #13100202727

The order arrived very quickly, however I was dismayed to find that not only had my credit card been charged for the merchandise, but what appeared to be 2 holds in excess of $800 had been placed as well, requiring a call to my credit card company. Yes, those charges were reversed before they actually hard posted to my account, but they never should have happened in the first place. Not a good way to conduct business.
