Rack seems to be built pretty well. I will be unable to mount it to my Polaris 570 with the supplied hardware. I’ve temporarily mounted it using ratchet straps until I come up with a plan on how to bolt it down.

The product came with defects that made it unusable (fire pit grill meant to go up and down is stuck in place). It has taken the company weeks to reply only to say they're going to look into it (automated email).

Overall the price and quality of the item seem like they are great. I was very disappointed in the shipping. When the item arrived, it seemed to be packaged/shipped in a very poor manner. It seemed like the box got destroyed but was then reinforced after the fact. Ideally I would add the picture to this review. Hoping it’s not damaged when we go to install soon.

It took almost 6 weeks to be delivered. There was confusion on the shipping/delivery address which I responded to right away. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

Titan products and service are good but the FedEx delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Both boxes were badly damaged in delivery and the contents (chairs) were broken in both boxes. Now I’m dealing trying to get them sent back via FedEx, which is proving to be quite problematic due to the size. Titan will not refund me until the broken chairs have been returned (which is understandable) but it is a difficult process.

One box came undamaged but the folded chair was not properly put together so we had to fix it ourselves. The other chair cam in a box that was damaged. A bolt was loose in the box. Turned out to be an arm piece. Not as study or as well built as other stuff I purchased from Titan. Keeping them to see how the hold up.

The product is great. But,do to a delivery error by FedEx, I never received my original order which was placed thru Amazon Prime. After waiting several weeks to get that resolved, I ordered another unit directly from Titan which is the order you referred to above. I had asked for the original order to be refunded, but you sent me another. So now I have 2, and I'm trying to send the other one back (request # 1580087) . The item is still in the original packaging, I've taken pictures, and am waiting (1 week now) for the return label.........

We ordered two outdoor chairs. Only one came and we had to call to get the second one shipped. The first one took us two hours to assemble because a couple of the holes did not align and I had to use a power drill in order to get the bolts to slide through. The second chair went together easily. We really like the rocking chairs and they are solid and comfortable. Kevin and Debbie

Shipping took a long time and was delayed from the estimated delivery date. No option for expedited.

This attachment is a functioning attachment. It is packaged nicely and easy to assemble. The grate material is very thin and finish quality has slight imperfections which are acceptable per titan reps. (we have determined that these are just some slight imperfections during production)

Box arrived damaged and half open. When shipping something that weighs 80lbs, maybe put it in a wooden shipping box. As a result I’d the jostling in shipment, some of the finish was rubbed off. Should not affect the way the product is used though and it’s going to live in a dark fireplace where no one is going to see it anyway. I can’t tell yet if it pushes the heat back into the room effectively.

Everything looks great except for the wire grate is a bit thin. The griddle is very thick and heavy duty bot the mesh definitely needs upgraded.

When my first Deer Hoist arrived it was packaged so poorly that most of the parts were missing. When I contacted you the hoist was replaced very promptly by a very good support team. The second hoist arrive also in the same poor packing. The box was in very bad shape but almost all of the parts were still in the box. No assembly manual was supplied in the box or online. A one-page parts list is not an assembly manual.

If you use Fedex to deliver, you should use heavier boxes. my order had holes in the box was taped and had missing parts. replacement box arrived the same way, all parts were there, but I can see why they are arriving ripped and open
