“Service was terrific. Bought a tony the ant as my third Ashland product so Ive obviously been impressed in the past. This one just has some imperfections and slopping edging that I havent had on my previous purchases. Im also not a huge fan of the Tony layout. Cash pocket is tight and wallet has too much unused space in the center between card slots that causes the wallet to be floppy and not fold directly in half. This is perhaps a preference issue.”

Judging by the craftsmanship and finish of this wallet, I think I found it. And the customer service is second to none. They have a customer for life and I can't wait to get a tony the ant in natural shell cordovan with reversed interior. “Getting a shell cordovan belt is definitely a great investment. It does not wrinkle when its bent. The ones I own had brogues I hope to get some without them for more formal events. Pricey cost but I think its worth a lil pain at the start for a lifetime usage. “I feel so lucky to get TWO of these belts! And NO they will not end up on Ebay. It would be great to have Ashland expand their leathers for the belts. Of course with rare leathers, they would need to be special orders.”

“Of course the quality is excellent but what really stood out was the customer service. There was a problem with the shipping because of my post office and Ashland committed to making it right no matter what it took. The post office eventually found it and it was delivered. That’s how a business should be run. I am buying more and more products from businesses like this even if it cost a few dollars more. It’s worth it. Thanks again!!”

“It was a custom-made Fat Herbie. The stitches are loose in one area. And, although the top shell is very nice, it is different from the one offered originally, so I was a bit disappointed.”

“I absolutely love my Capone money clip wallet. The leather feels amazing and it’s made very very well. However I do have one small mention, I only had the wallet for about 2 weeks but noticed that the stitching end had come loose. Right now it’s not an issue but I am hoping it doesn’t become one with more wear. Other then that, this will definitely be the last wallet I ever buy!”
