“I ordered the Johnny the Fox in reverse shell cordovan. It is the most beautiful wallet I’ve ever had. It is worth the investment. If you are questioning whether to take the leap and buy this, do it. You won’t regret. This is my 3rd wallet from them because I can never decide with all their choices. “Let’s see: small goods using literally the finest leather in the world, designed and handmade by skilled artisans at a small, personable company owned by two long-time employees of the tannery that produces said leather. Can you go wrong? No. But, for the skeptical (like me), add the fact that they love doing what they do, that they take the time to interact with their customers via social media and live videos, that they teach about their craft, that they welcome their customers’ enthusiasm and make them feel like a part of the process. It’s an unequaled experience, with unequaled service and quality. Cheap? No. Worth it? “I bought a Tony the Ant wallet because the great Johnny the Fox model was just a tiny bit too big to fit into a slot I wanted to use in my new Ford Explorer. I hate to take the Johnny the Fox out of my pocket, because it's so nice, but the Tony the Ant is perfect for my usage and I look forward to getting some wear and patina on it to make it "mine." Great craftsmanship, happy that my everyday carry wallet was made with such care and quality. I now own two Ashland wallets and I highly recommend both.”
