“Second product I bought. Very nice product. The first product I bought was the wallet with money clip. It is nice but the clip seems to not stay tight. Maybe I need less bills otherwise it’s a great wallet. Any chance you are going to make iPhone cases?”

“Be patient. While advertised to hold 4 cards in each slot, a new Fat is tight with only 2. May require a little time for Cordovan to stretch. Also., I made the online purchase hurriedly. After the fact I noticed the option of adding a free monogram. I quickly emailed Ashland, but it was not an email they regularly check. Be patient! I've had my wallet less than a week, but am very satisfied at this brief juncture.”

“I treated myself to a “Frank the Enforcer” in English Tan Dublin a few years ago, and am so happy with the way it’s performed that I splurged for a few more items this month. The leather on my “Frankie” gets more beautiful by the day; its patina has a glow that reminds me of beeswax candles when they are liquid hot. It’s a striking contrast to a couple of items by a rival, upscale leather company that I bought around the same time: after a few years of wear, the other company’s items just look tired and dirty. Meanwhile, customer service from Matt at Ashland has been beyond fabulous – when the colour was not what I was hoping for on a couple of items, he cheerfully replaced them. Of the new items, the carbon fibre comb + leather sheath combos make seriously cool and (relatively) affordable gifts.”

“Great wallet overall. Thought I am a little worried about the pockets since I started the week with two cards in one slot then today switched to one single card in that same slot and now the card will fall off whenever the wallet is upside-down. Other than that, this is an amazing wallet.”

“I decided it was time to place the order on my dream wallet; the Fat Herbie in Natural Shell Cordovan. To say I am more then happy is an understatement. I instantly fell in love with the feel and smell of the leather, it's intoxicating. I will also note that if you don't wear slim fit pants, you can also pull off front pocket carry very comfortably. What really sent me over the moon with this experience was the customer service I received, it was bar none the best yet. Upon examining the wallet I noticed that the hand stamp was a little faded in some areas and reached out to Ashland. Matt responded very quickly and offered to send me another Fat Herbie in exchange and even sent me a picture of their inventory for me to pick from. At the time I had already established a bond with the original so I decided to keep it and I haven't looked back since. The 2nd incredible Customer Service experience came in the form of a personal video thank you message from Phil. I was so impressed I shared it with friends and family. It's personal touches like this that will keep me a customer for life. Next up on the list is one of their belts to replace a my current belt (from a competitor) that I am not exactly vibing with.”
