“I have purchased many watch bands and wallets from these guys and I am not easy on anything. After a few years of wear the adapter pin on one of my bands broke. I reached out to Ashland to see if I could purchase the pin. The email response was lightning fast and after confirming my address they sent 2 pins at no cost to me. I love their products and their customer service is second to none.”

“My husband loved it! I bought it for Valentine’s Day because his last wallet was falling apart. He loves buying leather hats, belts, etc. and he knows quality - he said the Ashland was really great quality. He even appreciated the “imperfections” and the fact that the edges are not glossed over or covered in other material. I’ll definitely be buying from Ashland again for other special celebrations.”

“Hey Phil, I probably made the mistake of getting a belt that is my exact pant size, and I feel like it is too small. Would I be able to exchange it for one that is larger? I really only put it on once to see how well it fit and took it off shortly thereafter when I determined that it would likely be too small.”

“Quite disappointed with the main part of this order. I was refunded the personalization cost for the wallet with no explanation. The purpose of the order was to replace my boyfriends current leather wallet with one that had his initials. This is a birthday present and now I have to scramble to find something else (after already spending a lot on this) because there is no point in gifting a new wallet without the initials, as it's almost identical to his current wallet. Completely ruined the entire point of the gift with zero explanation from the company as to why they couldn't personalize it. The comb and key holder were nice, but overall, pretty upset and likely will not be a repeat customer or recommend. I'd highly suggest reaching out to customers to explain the reason for not fulfilling paid personalizations instead of just refunding. It felt very careless and lazy on ashlands part. I'm now stuck with a random wallet that won't be used. I would gladly ship the wallet back in its original packaging if I could be refunded the cost of the wallet.”

“This is my third Ashland wallet and my second in shell cordovan, and if someone out there makes better men's wallets I really want to see them. I look forward to handing this and all my wallets down to my nephews, as they only get better with age and should literally last forever. Items this well made are really hard to find.
