“I have been buying Shell Cordovan wallets from Ashland Leather for years, I usually give them as prized gifts to my friends and family. But this last Fat Herbie is going to be mine, I don't have a natural shell cordovan color wallet. The quality of the manufacture is second to none, the finish is perfect and it ages very well. Also, the design is really innovative and sober. I highly recommend Ashland, besides the quality of the products, they do fast shipping and great communication.”

“This irregular fat herbie was my 2nd wallet from Ashland Leather. For the life of me I can’t identify why it was labeled as irregular. Once again, the quality is superb! I’ve been wanting another wallet with natural shell even though I love the amaretto shell on my first wallet. Beautiful, and the smell is again intoxicating. I keep wanting to show it off to my friends and family, which is kind of silly since it’s just a wallet. Can’t say enough good things about Ashland. If you want the best possible premium leather wallet you can get, look no further.”

I chose a wallet in Amaretto Shell. Although I didn’t bond with the color, the leather and wallet are in a category higher than I’ve seen before. Beautiful leather and great craftsmanship. Matt provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a LONG time. He helped me set up the return and then coached me through a custom order, all while answering each of my many questions/emails on the same day I sent them.
