“First of all the customer service is nothing less than excellent in every way from the time of response to the courtesy of wanting a new customer such as me to be comfortable and satisfied with the purchase. I am humble just by that alone and couldn’t choose better words to describe it. As far as the leather I thoroughly went through the website and also interestingly got sucked in to the YouTube videos learning more about the leather and different types. It was very informative and I felt no hesitation making the purchase I made being completely satisfied by how quick it was to arrive. The leather quality and final product is phenomenal and as wonderful as it is looks online it does no justice to the experience in person. I ended up getting the private stock Capone money clip wallet and it is wonderful. The whole experience dealing with this company and Matt who helped me has been no less than excellent. He also gave me the feeling of no hesitation if I wanted to do a custom order if I didn’t find what I was looking for and has been easy dealing with for advice. This experience and quality from start to end has gained instant loyalty to make future purchases which I most definitely will as I am interested in other products and variations. “5/5. My only regret is that I didn't discover Ashland Leather sooner. The leather quality is superb. The build quality is excellent. The leather smell is intoxicating. I've bought leather goods from Popov Leather before, but Ashland leather is better. Feels much more genuine. And the lining inside isn't lined, which I prefer. Love this wallet. Look forward to the patina.”

The last time the “Bugs Moran” went vertical, I bought it in an earth tone-this time it’s classic black. “Inquired about belt sizing before purchase. Response was quick and friendly. The excellent quality and craftsmanship of the belt were evident immediately upon opening the box. Pleasantly surprised at how soft and flexible the belt was which was unexpected as it looked stiffer online. I'm 31 waist size; the 32 belt size fit perfectly and was very comfortable, not too tight or loose probably thanks to the slight leather stretchability. The only thing is I wish the brass buckle was a satin/polished brass as shown in website pictures. What I got was more of an antique brass color which was a slight bummer but not a deal-breaker. Goodbye junky department store belts, this one's a keeper that will probably last forever! I'll be back down the road for a different color!”
