“The email heavily emphasizes that every review is read personally and important, but then the thank you reply is just generic words and a re-emphasis of the personal aspect with nothing relative to what the review said. Not the end of the world, but it does ring hollow.”

“Your buckle isn't my favorite, mostly because its sewn in rather than snaps or screws to allow switching, but the leather is top notch and that's really what I came here for. The inability to switch buckles may keep me from buying in more finishes though”
