“The wallet is very nice, excellent craftsmanship and high quality leather. I am happy to have made the purchase. One note, there was residual paint coming off of the wallet for the #8 color. Not sure if this just needed a good buffing, but there was some color transfer. I added a colorless cream conditioner and this helped with any excess residual color coming off of the wallet. Not a major concern, but a detail that could have been easily avoided, thus the 4/5 rating.”

“Got the Fat Herbie in tan Dublin. This is by far the most comfortable back pocket wallet. I’ve had both hips replaced and this wallet lays very flat. Matt recommended this wallet and I’m glad he did. Nice leather and smells great too. Thanks for a great product.”

“The cypress brown is unique both visually and by touch. It smooth and soft while being thick leather. The finish is top notch. If I could offer a suggestion- make it about 2 mm wider so as to hold both US and Canadian currencies. Always good to keep a few bucks on hand. I also bought the shell cordovan about 10 years ago. I only carry my drivers license and a credit card, leaving the rest in the Shell Cordovan Fat Herbie. This is only my opinion but the cypress brown leather is far superior in terms of appearance and texture. But each to their own. Shipping was reasonable and timely. I am probably going to pick up the Fat Herbie at some point in Cypress Brown.”

“So far I really love my Jonny the Fox wallet. It is very well made and feels and looks fantastic. I wish there was some clear instruction on how to care for the Horween Full Grain Vegetable Tanned Dublin leather, but I can't find any. The only good instructions are for the Horween Shell Cordoven leather. Still, I'm very pleased with my new ashland wallet!”
