“Assurance Wireless is not good at all they do not care either!!! For about a month they have told me one lie after another and still have not fixed my phone or the problem with it. They want me to buy yet another phone but it's really expensive and they don't want to fix anything and they think by buying another phone will fix something instead of just doing a little bit of work on their computer!!!!!! “This company isn't worth a persons time to apply. They say that you have to make at least one phone call or text a month. And even though you do that. They will come up with some kind of lie to cut your service off!! I made a phone call the prior month and now they say I have more than one lifeline. There's CSR's have no idea what customer service is or that they are regulated by the FCC or how to assost with any issue from billing to technical.
T-mobile places the title of supervisor on new CSR's who have zero supervisory or management experience which exacerbates problems that the 1st CSR created. None of these people
1. Listen
2. Comprehends call stoner requiring repeated statements due in part to lack of the ability listen
3. Zero process to ensure equipment/devises meet minimum requirements for use i.e. ability to connect with their towers
I have been STUCK with a useless device that T-Mobile negligently sent and I am shocked that the Cheif Director responsible for the Assurance Program signed off on such a sub-standard vendor and devices. This is a prime example of negligence with tax payer money. The Director who signed off on this vendor and devices needs to be held accountable for the abuse and negligence withis program.
Tax payer funds were allocated for this program and should not be allowed to continue when out ofof compliance with FCC Statutes. If the branch of government responsible for management of the Assurance Program is unable to ethically oversee it they need to find a professional and responsible Director who can successfully manage it. Including giving a reonsible,blbethucal vendor thhe contract. Stop wasting OUR money.”

There's been a few hiccups here and there but nothing that an assurance wireless representative can't handle. I have no complaints about insurance. Only compliments. I'm sorry you guys disagree”
“I would like to make a formal complaint against the company Assurance Wireless I am on the lifeline program and I have spoken with several representatives and I'm not able to get assistance on March the 22nd I called in and spoke with representative named Jima and regards to setting me up with a SIMs card since my original phone device was damaged and could not be repaired and was not under warranty I was advised that I could either pay for one of their phones who purchase a phone from somewhere else or activate a device that I already had I opted to activate a device I already have once they were able to view my phone they stated that I needed a SIMs card so I asked him to send me a SIMs card after 3 to 5 business days they were not able to assist me they said that they were going to look into you a replacement phone since I was a VIP and listed that I would receive it within three to five business days the case number is 1878-181141
and speaking with the last representative name for f o u r she did not want to provide me any additional information such as an ID number or a location she stated that all of her supervisors were in a meeting with the managers and that we would have to wait I opted to wait and we have been on the phone since 11:13 this morning I don't appreciate the fact that this company is not truthful they do not show Integrity because the last representative named Jima stated that I should be receiving the phone within 3 to 5 days I did not get any type of notification that I would not be receiving the phone so in part I have to call back in to review this information with the representative we are currently still on hold waiting for a supervisor manager to get out of the meeting my reference number for the call for 318 is 187-66-31-33 my phone number listed with insurance wireless is 346-350-0882 I advise that I cannot use this phone and it is presenting a risk to me and my household with the young child I'm currently using a friend's phone so that I can try to get this phone activated or updated and I've been experiencing so many difficulties I would not recommend this service and the authorities needed to be alerted because people should not have to go through this as Americans hang into the government and taxes please review my request for review and please provide alternative Solutions also just as a note there should be a supervisor or manager available or some departmental head that's available that is not currently in a meeting that is unheard of for a company please address this as well thank you”
“The SIM card doesn’t work tried 3 times on ,3 new Sims cards for 2 and a half months now. Several different representatives couldn’t activate the SIM card. The told me to buy a new phone $70 later on 3/ 28/2024 new phone came in. 3/29/2024 tried to activate new phone same thing T mobile svc came up. They couldn’t activate phone they said wait 72 hours to activate SIM card & gave me a network ticket number. Assurance Wireless IS AScam! And a Fraud and I WILL Be returning this New phone and asking for a full refund!”

“I've been a customer for over 10 yrs now the new phone I got wouldn't allow landline phones to call my phone number it'd say this number is not a working number so for 3 weeks of trying to fix the issues with assurance wireless they sent me a new phone supposed to be a upgraded phone but it wasn't and they sent it with no sim card so I used my old phone's Sim card and transferred everything over to New phone got it activated but still landlines can not call my phone I'm missing out on jobs and medical appointments due to these issues I'm not even bothering trying to continue service with assurance wireless they lie oh we're upgrading your phone and overnight it to you didn't happen same phone as my old one and no new Sim card and they never fixed the problem with landlines being able to call me. “It all started last month or so I called to have my sister's phone replaced because of damage and after going through the process with an agent I was wondering where replacement was because it hasn't arrived so I call to follow-up an find out he had hee service disconnected and canceled. I am livid I've been working on now reapplying and have done so since Fri all I get from these people is " I'm sorry I understand don't worry your sister will get new phone". How I've done 6 applications and I'm sick of these Q scheme no respect for an over 10yr. User plus my sister is mentally special.”
