They’re stealing peoples information and sending them fake tracking numbers. These people are about to end up in prison

No customer service. Automated calling system hangs up on you and you have to call multiple times to get anything done IF they accomplish the task at all ever. They will say it's done and then when you call back again they will say they can't. Then why did the first person say it was done? Incompetent and lazy.

I've never had to deal with so many incompetent agents in my life. I've had this Assurance Wireless phone for over a month and have only been able to use it to make 2 or 3 phone calls in all that time. I've call Assurance at least 6 time and have been told they are sending me a new SIM card only to have it never show up. I call again only to be told no card was order! Worst service ever. If you need a reliable phone for emergencies you sure don't want an Assurance phone!!

Sent me 2 broken phones 3rd one also will not charge now after only a week of use . This is costing me lost sales and customers they are destroying my business with there horrible customer service

I called asking about the status of my phone and Jessica( I believe ) humg up on me. Folks. If you can and are calling customer service, I would record the call with them just in case.

I received a government issue cell phone. The phone doesn't keep a charge. It takes a week for it too charge fully. The data seems to be use by someone else. I never went over data. None of the troubleshooting issues applies to me. I have requested a new phone..Haven't received yet..It has been enough complaints for these issues to be resolved.

I ordered an Assurance Wireless phone, the touch screen didn't work, then I complained and they sent me another phone and it was staticky, I couldn't hear anyone when I called someone them, constantly static. Then they sent me another one, and it won't work outside of my house and has problems hooking up to network. 3 PHONES IN 3 MONTHS!!! THEY SUCK!!!

My experience has been a nightmare!!!! Everything that could possibly go wrong did and continues to. The reps have such a thick accent you could barely understand them, prolonging the time it's takes to get anything done.

I signed up with them in October and they been giving me the runaround. I was supposed to receive my phone the 18th. January never got it so I called and now they're saying They don't know when I will receive the phone. So I told them delete everything in my account. And I'll go find another Free cell phone company which I did.

I just got with insurance wireless January the 8th first my data went out when I called about my data they said that my data ran out oh yeah I am with lifeline they said I had to pay $10 for more data so I paid the $10 for more data and all of a sudden I couldn't dial out so I called insurance wireless to ask them why I couldn't talk on the phone they told me that I had to add $10 because I didn't have unlimited talk they never told me this when I applied with them they never told me anything I didn't find out anything until my phone data went out and then turn around I want to use the phone to call a family member and all of a sudden I got on the phone it was saying that I had to call insurance wireless I couldn't dial out or anything until I call assurance wireless so I called assurance wireless one of the representative pulled up my account and said that I had to put down another $10 because my minutes ran out so I put down $10 and I clearly asked the representative how many minutes do I have with the $10 that I have put down she clearly told me I had 3,000 minutes so when I call a family member again we were on the phone talking and the next thing you know my phone went out again so I end up calling assurance wireless again a man answers the phone and looked up my account he was telling me that my $10 that I have put on the day before was not on there so he was going to get someone to call me and disregard the $10 that I had put on the account because I was misled I was supposed to get unlimited money and unlimited talk this representative told me not to call someone will call me so I sat around waiting for someone to call me nobody never call so I end up calling assurance wireless asking about the person that supposed to been calling me back that I never heard from I was so irritated because all I spent my time doing is on the phone with assurance wireless anyway to make a long story short I feel like I was mislead I feel like I have been scammed they didn't even want to give me any more minutes now they supposed to be doing an investigation on my account I had a horrible time with assurance wireless after this I will never deal with them ever again I feel like people need to do their homework before they go to any of these phone companies because I feel like when the government is giving out free things we need to know what they're giving out and what the criteria of getting it and what comes with it because it's not right because these companies are telling us one thing and they're doing another I'm confused. Something needs to be done about this because it's ridiculous I was treated very horrible very horrible and then they were telling me different stories every time I call every time I call I'm very disappointed in assurance wireless.

Q Link shut down so I had to find another carrier. Told me I could keep my old number. I saw online Q Link did merge with T Mobile which also owns Assurance. Didn't happen. Then the phone sent barely works trying to open any app it keeps crashing.

Terrible! If I could give 0 stars, I would. All this company wants, are for its customers to give good reviews. I have been lied to time after time about replacement phones. Terrible company! Terrible Service! Terrible customer service!

This is the worst insurance ever. They charge you $20 an month. Totally $240 yearly. I had no damage to the phone. However it would not allow me to receive calls randomly. They refused to wave my deductible, of $275. Which means I am still paying $515 for a phone Not a new phone!! Because Carla the tech. Could not assure me I would receive a new phone. So recap!!! Could not assure I would get a new phone. Could not get the color I originally had. Could not get an upgrade. Payed $515. Keep in mind I had no damage to this phone . It just randomly started dismissing calls. This insurance is worthless!!

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I could not understand one customer service person I spoke to. When I asked one to please speak slower and repeat something the response was " I am no dealing with this" and hung the phone up. I must have called 20 times and spent hours on the phone without any help...Teach English to your customer service department after all they are in America!

Took me 3 tries of calling, for a total of 30 minutes on hold, before someone actually answered my call without picking up the phone, then hanging up. Supposedly everything was transferred over from T-Mobile, but now I can't log into my account on Assurance AND I can't call or text because my phone says I'm not on any network. Great government program...NOT!! Going back to T-Mobile immediately.

Now I understand about the low review. They sent me a sim card almost a month ago. Ups stopped it in the company's home state. No one knows why. They will not send me a new one until they find the first one. Then they wouldn't do anything until they talk to me. 3 different times. Each time knowing they would have to call me again. All while having thick accents that tend to be hard to interpret. Now while doing a claim at ups, right after I spoke to them, they need to speak to me again. That is not possible when they have the SIM card! Then she would not give me a value of the package for the claim. She said there is no value. I understand that but it needs something. Ughhh how in the world is this company in business?? Qlink is getting sued by the government and now this one is screwing with us! I have to say they stayed polite the whole time. I understand they have to follow procedure but when it's no fault of my own they could accommodate me. Messaging a supervisor tomorrow.
