“I got a refund on one order after I complained via PayPal . They said my other order was delivered but my friend did not receive it so I lost out and so did she . Never again”

“Terribly disappointed, no contact with me till the wrong map arrived. No confirmation email to check what I was getting. Tried phoning after I placed the order ,no answer. Didn’t use the postcode that I gave. Could think of endless gift ideas but unfortunately won’t use again . Wasted my money , now have a map sitting in a box.!!”

“I have been trying to get in touch with their customer advice team now for a week. I have left several voicemails (no one ever picks up their company phone), 5 emails, and social media posts. No one replies. Terrible service and I still have no idea what has happened to my (now late) order.”

“Website was hard to use, wrong map sent on my order and despite emails and calls no one answers to help rectify the problem. A good idea but NOT worth the money and very poor customer. PS I never leave negative reviews but no choice here”

“I wouldn't bother paying for a "bespoke" print. It took over a month to organise as on average it took them 5 days to answer a simple email, they don't answer the phone or respond to voicemails. The extra £60 it cost certainly didn't go on customer service. They took my money and then went silent, didn't even confirm they had received the money and no notification of when the item was sent. Other than being a nice printer paper, this is not worth the money.”

Hi Ella, sorry to hear your experience with Atlas & I wasn't as we'd hoped! We did produce a couple of bespoke silhouette options for you at no extra cost and provided a full refund when you weren't satisfied with the product.

“Although the artwork was lovely, it was not what I ordered. I have emailed countless times trying to sort it out and other than a reply asking what I actually received (which is replied to) I have had no further contact. I even admit it may have been me ordering wrong but have had no reply to try and get the order re-done. Therefore I’m afraid on this occasion I cannot recommend”
