“I was very happy with the personalised map heart framed print. The quality of the frame was good and it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition although it did take a little longer than stated to arrive. Customer Service was good as I had a query about how the map would look and then received an email from Tom with a preview of the print which reassured me.”

“I have been trying to get in touch with their customer advice team now for a week. I have left several voicemails (no one ever picks up their company phone), 5 emails, and social media posts. No one replies. Terrible service and I still have no idea what has happened to my (now late) order.”

“Although the artwork was lovely, it was not what I ordered. I have emailed countless times trying to sort it out and other than a reply asking what I actually received (which is replied to) I have had no further contact. I even admit it may have been me ordering wrong but have had no reply to try and get the order re-done. Therefore I’m afraid on this occasion I cannot recommend”
