“Was having trouble paying for an order online so phoned customer services the next day. She could not complete my order over the phone as one of the items was from a different supplier. I tried to pay again online as she waited on the phone but the code offering free postage had expired the night before! To compensate me for this annoyance she gave me a new code which covered the postage costs. Great customer service.”
